- The Uganda Human Rights Commission has dismissed a complaint of human rights abuse that the National Unity Platform President, Robert Kyagulanyi, filed against the state in 2018. The Chairperson, Mariam Wangadya, refused to entertain the preliminary submission by Kyagulanyi, who accused the commission of lacking the capacity to deliver justice. Kyagulanyi protested by announcing his decision to withdraw the complaint after Wangadya refused to allow him to deliver his statement in full.

See the difference in conduct between Dr. Kizza Besigye and Kyagulany. Kyagualnyi behaves in a roggish way!!
You just dont like kyagulanyi, and you dont have anyone from your tribe jailed without trial or dissappeared for years, and because no one from Northern, you dont care, how would you behave if your people are taken? Beg, pray, fight for their rights?
@@raydeemed thank you for that reply, we will fight and pray a till our father hear us
DISMISSES!? WHAT PART OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE DID NTV EDITORS MISS?
See how Besigye does it 😊
The lady chairwoman is so arrogant and disrespectful! Bob Wine’s submission was respectful . However she started disrupting him and throwing temper tantrums.
It seems she is funded enough😅😅 by ............
Kyagulany should learn to respect authority!!
What happened to UNHCR?
What authority are u talking about?? This is a junta society
Have some reasoning even if you are an apologist, how can a human rights violation case take 5yrs to be heard and when someone complains about that you say he is not respecting the Authority whose chairperson doesn't even hide her partiality.
@@changedman2238 The reason why Ugandans a suffering in because we are take everything in a simple way but look at Kenya how developing it that is because they know their rights but Ugandan really lack that.
