- I love pistols. I love shotguns. So what happens when somebody makes a pump-action 3D printable kit for the NERF Magnus that turns it into a Benelli M4 shotgun? ValourLionheart makes the Purple Pumpy. Then I saw the kit, and I printed it out in Hatchbox Wood Filament that MrSonicOSG sent me, then stained it. I think it's awesome, and everybody I've shown it to agrees. It's a very pretty kit that's well worth your attention not only for the cosmetics but for the sure fun of it. This thing is ready to rip and tear at a local nerf war.

But the Cycloneshock Revolver is just... better? Six chambers can top off any chamber by rotating the drum it wasnt that large as it was still a pistol and it has slam fire...
I can reload a Magnus far faster than I can reload a Cycloneshock.
Have to agree, Magnus was a wise choice. Although, a Cyclone Shock with the smaller dart barrel inserts in that aesthetic configuration.... badass revolver rifle.
I find the loose rotation mech of the cyclone shock and the tendency for mega darts to shrink lead to them jamming against the barrel on the prime.
Cycloneshock doesn’t have slamfire it’s more of a mega maverick with disruptor internals and a better spring I have it and the Magnus I would prefer the cycloneshock because of the revolver and double the capacity

With recent developments in bumping up accuracy with mega format darts, I'd still want to see a spring upgrade in this thing, though the cosmetics obviously could carry the whole thing on its own.
You could use the action from the Atlas and then limit the loading gate to a single round, then use the 12 round tubes (use the magazine tube on the bottom, just pop the mag into it). It’d take a lot more work and modification, but it’d be worth it for the true shorty feel. My personal advise for your next pump-action “shotgun”, model it after a true pump-action. The M4 is a semi with pump ability, but made to use semi primarily. Mossberg 500 or the Remington 870 are both fairly simple designs.

On of the problems I have with most shotguns. So short I have a hard time with reach.
Sawed offs for clownie foundation was started exclusively for this reason. For 25 cents a day you too, can get clownie a sawed off shotgun.

You might be able to turn that lower tube into a magazine by putting some sort of gear track on the aluminum rail connected to the pump. Make it run through a few gears until finally pushing some sort of platform up that a dart would sit on, allowing it to be pushed up and caught by the dart post and barrel. Have so sort of piece that slides down so when the platform goes up a dart can't be pushed towards it, then when the platform comes back down when the pump is pushed forward a new dart would be pushed into that platform

I wonder how hard it would be to modify the files for this to fit on a Kronos(more specifically, Captain Xavier's Kronos shotgun build) that way you could have a tube mag on it.
part of me thinks the wood looks pretty good, but another part of me is screaming "REEEEEEEEEEEE THE BENELLI M4 USED POLYMER FURNITURE!!!!"
I'm working on some cad models for making my own shell ejecting nerf shotgun, and I think I may use this kit and a Magnus shell for the aesthetic aspect. I just bought a 3d printer and I'm a mechanical engineering student on summer break, so this is going to be pretty fun.

If you end up modding it for performance, It might be cool to mod it to shoot standard size darts by using 1/2" cpvc I'm not sure if the internal mag system would still work but that would be interesting!

this is absolutely amazing. I love it, now all you'd need is a couple more Barrel break styled mega dart holders on the bottom and top rails, then you'd have ammo storage for days, perhaps even an airsoft shotgun shell holder (which holds mega darts well, I've tested it with my old air soft shotgun shell bandolier) to make an entire shotgun class around this blaster. just for the fun of it :P

I have no idea how you could do it mechanically, but if you could have it actually feed Mega darts through the bottom barrel and add a gate it'd be icing on this already perfect build.

Idea-Make a Gewehr 98 or an M1891 out of one of these blasters. Now THAT would be sick. Also, it would fit with the design, considering that the two guns both have internal magazines and are loaded at the top just like the Magnus does.
it looks like to me from what i can see in the video is that you need to drill holes in the PVC for the stock so the spring piece can move a rod into those holes and lock into the PVC, allowing you to extend or shorten the stock. Let me know if this doesn't actually seem to be the intention.
The Bernelli M4 is also semi-auto. It's not a SPAS-12 that can go back and forth

The bulky body and wood furniture sort of makes it resemble a China Lake.. Also the MEGA darts are sort of like 40mm grenades. If I had more modding experience I'd totally attempt to make one. Not entirely sure what you meant about the tube magazine issue, but maybe a longer barrel/tube and shorter pump grip would help?

Yo walcom, that "stock adjustment thing" is an adjustable cheek rest. Having it able to be adjustable up and down doesn't do much, but it's nice to have.
...then what's supposed to keep the cheek rest on the blaster?
Walcom S7 generally it's held on with two bolts, both are used to extend the cheek rest up or down, you get sideways adjustment by adjusting one more than the other

It looks like you didn't attach the nail to the spring loaded part that is pulled up for stock adjustment.
My guess is that your nail is 2 to 3 times longer than it should be and glued to the wrong part.
Silly question; would it load and fire two half darts? Would double stacked half darts work in the mag?

I can kinda see how the stock adjuster is supposed to work; the nail/pin is in the set hole until you move it then it clears the hole, you move the position of the stock and it goes back down into another hole for a longer or shorter position. I have that Rey blaster, not a real big fan of it, but... there's a possibility! #404thforlife

You should try to make this thing shoot shells, I saw a video where a guy made it to where you can put a dart into the shell, load the shell (The shell is PVC) into the shotgun, then it fires the dart out, and when he pumps it back, it launches the shell out
