  • Saint Nicholas is a beautiful story and he is the real Santa of love in our world today.
The feast of Saint Nicholas is celebrated every year on December 6th and his love is spread all over the world right up to Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. He came from a wealthy family and he decided to give all his money to the poor. Saint Nicholas did it quiety and without fuss. He would drop down gifts and gold coins down the chimney of those who needed help the most. Everyone wondered who was so generous with all the gifts.
One day someone found out it was Nicholas. His name began to spread to many countries and so Santa Claus as we know him today came into being. Thanks to Saint Nicholas, Santa is alive and well. Some don’t believe in Santa but he is real and is present wherever love is present. There is a lot of love in our world today thanks to Santa. We share this love with each other whether you are 1 or 100+ Thanks to Saint Nicholas and Santa our world is a better place. Happy Christmas
    Thank you for reading

This CZcams Channel is called 'Stepping Stones on our Spiritual Journey'
I am sometimes asked ...what is your CZcams Channel about?
So I try and answer with something of the following...
We all need stepping stones on our spiritual journey. You will find in these stepping stone videos, the beautiful message that God loves you - You are precious and special - Be yourself - It's ok to make a mistake - Be open to a blessing in your life each day - There will be prayers for you and those we love - Live each day as best you can - Feel God's presence in the beauty of nature and creation - Be grateful for the little things - Give yourself time to pause, unwind and reflect -
We will gently explore all of these & so much more. As a priest working in the Diocese of Cork and Ross I hear people say to me more and more: "I am spiritual but not religious". This channel is a humble & gentle attempt to reach out to those who sense and feel God in their lives but have little connection to more organised religion. Hopefully this channel can be a stepping stone for you to finding peace, light, comfort, hope and spiritual strength. The first step is to know God loves you.
    Talk soon James
There is a new video uploaded every Wednesday morning
