Do you have a tutorial on how you make your art layers for these in order to make the charms/shakers ? I want to make my own merch and I’m new to this and need some help ☺️
this was my first time ordering too ^^;; So I had to look up tutorials on google and hoped for the best. Heres the two tutorials that helped a lot lunachai.com/blog/how-to-make-acrylic-charms-without-dying and docs.google.com/document/d/1KiMyWGlcRnHi23fXyOfs6k_ckT_zXlSpEb7XfjsZDTw/edit
@@steampunkdemon4137 no problem! honestly, it was a lot of it was guesswork, but I'm ordering some new charms this week. so I'll try to make a tutorial showing how I did it ^^;;
I was literallyyyy just trying to decide if I should order from vograce or different Chinese manufacturer so this was super helpful thank you! And I love your designs so much I want me some of those hamsters omg
@@Tomatoda I think Ink It is in Texas, US. Maybe you're thinking of Zap Creatives? They're in UK. (Thanks for the video, btw! I've definitely been wondering about Vograce, especially for small bits like your cutie animals. Really helpful to see the different versions up close and hear the defect numbers.)
thank you so so much for posting this fr because I was so stressed about all the little nicks and scrapes on the protective coating- even though I know having a coating is commonplace, I was so scared since it really didnt look like it had one since its so flush the same way you didnt think it had one!! So thank you so much for the visual confirmation of that if nothing else- my actual charms have no scratches and I have you to thank!! 😃
how did you let them know that you only wanted the charms to move in one part of the shaker charm? (i hope that makes sense?) thank you so much and this video was so helpful!
it's part of the art file :) so i submitted it as a .png and the area inside the can was blank. and that indicates the area I wanted the shaker to move inside of!
thankfully, the holo film seems to be sandwiched in between the acrylics so there's no way I can peel it off. The rainbow acrylics on the other hand... >_> gotta be careful. I did accidentally peel off a small corner for one of them while taking off the clear backing >_< hahahah but thank u so much ^_^
OMG I'd be too scared to try it in case something else goes wrong xD We'll just have to see if the hearts are also stuck on the second shaker hahahaha.
for your vending machine and soup can charms did you have to flip the design for the back side or was it just one design? thank u for the video btw it was super helpful !!
@@Tomatoda Hey! Sorry to comment on a post a year later. But did you have to edit the cmyk files a lot? Like compared to the files you sent and items you got, how accurate were the colors?
these came out great especially the rainbow ones^^ did you have to ask for it to be epoxy specifically? Also do you remember who your manufacturer was? I know Coco is a popular one but i wanted to know which one from vograce you contacted
I would assume mild soap and water would work, but I use 100% acetone on a cotton pad and wiped the surface gently.... however, you should probably do a small patch test before going HAM with the acetone just in case ;)
so from my most recent Vograce video, I made my order on September 25th and got my first email from them on October 16th. I totally forgot about the lunar holidays beginning of October so that's probably why it took a while for the cut line email to be sent. And then, I received my actual package on November 2nd.
hi!! they look great ! *-* ... I would like to know if you asked for the mini charms without the hole :) they have that option to choose on the website if you want them with or without hole?
They dont have that option on the website. I just didn't add a "hole layer" in my art and I also specified in the note box that I don't want holes... to make sure they get the idea xD
i ordered acrylic charms from them and the image quality was so bad! and they messed up my order of charms! They wouldnt refund me for messing up and just gave me a discount so i could order it again... but it cost more than i originally ordered them for
yeah that's one thing I was scared of too. while I was researching, I came across someone saying that their image was fucked up. As if Vograce shrunk the file, saved it, and just enlarged it again... rather than going back and using the original file that was sent to them. But my friends told me that they never had a problem >_< and I own several of their acrylic charms.. so it convinced me enough to take a chance with Vograce and the two times I ordered, they came out really amazing! I'm pretty satisfied with my own experience, but I'm really sorry that happened to you too. Especially since they only offered a discount for next time (kinda bold for them to assume you'll order again) rather than a refund or to redo your batch :( Whether you use them again or if you use another manufacturer, I hope you get better results next time T_T
@@Tomatoda thank you for ordering with Vograce. All your suggestions and opinions are welcomed, we will do our best to improve our service quality and product quality. Hope you happy and healthy.
Hello, you can contact Vograce if you have any questions about your order. Under normal circumstances, if we have problems, we will arrange re-production. If there is an unsatisfactory shopping experience due to some objective reasons (such as color difference, slow express delivery), we may give a certain discount. The specific processing should be based on the actual situation, you can send your order information to our mailbox, here to help you follow up. Welcome to provide your valuable advices at customerservice@vograce.cn. Anyway, thank you for shopping with Vograce. Wish you and your family happy and healthy!
This video has been up for a while, but imma try my luck in asking a question lol As far as I’ve seen vograce is the only place with the epoxy option. I’ve looked through their website and might be a little confused about how to upload the artwork. Is there like a template? Or do we just need to upload the artwork itself on like a transparent background?
So it depends on what you're ordering, but they have a template section on their website. For acrylic charms though, you dont need one. I have another video that goes over how to format the artwork and stuff with a few links to other ppl's tutorials in the description box.... but its kind of chaotic I think.. so I'm actually working on a better tutorial but it won't be out for another month or so. In the meantime, if it might help, u can check out the first video 😅: czcams.com/video/anonV6hy_a0/video.html
That info is on Vograce’s website! if you click on any acrylic charm listing and look at the info below, it’ll tell u the starting price for the different shipping options they have :)
