"Ur mom went to college" is where 'ur mom' came from. I'm from Huntington Beach and my friends said it at latest in 2006. That, and 'that's what she said' but my grandma said she said that when she was young too.
You're mistaken. That movie was from the 00's. It was a common phrase when I was a kid in the 80s and 90s. Or, to put it another way, your mom has been getting around for longer than you think.
