Well if the aviation gig doesn't work out, you two can have your own barnstorming, comedy show!!! 😁😁😁
Great video and loads of fun.....Airplanes, great food, cocktails and a loving partner..........what more could anyone want.
“It’s my Monday tomorrow”……love it - spoken like a true controller!
Awesome video and I’m also a Stripling fan! Your comment, we have to get home before dark because our runway has no lights brought back a memory. In 1970 or ‘71 I asked a South Georgia pilot to fly me to Jacksonville FL to photograph a wedding. He was a new pilot and owned a vintage, at that time, Cessna 170 tail dragger that he kept at a grass strip in Plains, Ga. Our return flight was at night and when we were about twenty miles from the strip the pilot radioed the airport owner to “light the smudge pots” which were these kerosene lamps used to mark construction sites. There were three marking each end of the runway and several down each side. The owner radioed back that it would be done within ten minutes and also don’t forget to extinguish them after you land because I’m going back to bed. We landed safely, secured the Cessna, then got in his car and drove around the perimeter of the strip and put the lids on the smudge pots. Guess that’s not allowed these days.
I'm now addicted to this. Love Mojo, love you both, love video edition. Awesome!!!! Can't wait for the next one. Oh... and I love Kevin "Clearrrrr..."
$22 is about right for a nice ribeye - even in Hazzard County. Your video skill production quality has skyrocketed. Enjoyed this one.
Ribeye! I’d pick that every day of the week and twice on Sunday. Great vid you two. Loved the flying and the story around the flight.
This series is so amazing - no idea how many episodes but I cannot wait for the next one
Awesome team guys !!
Thank you!! We’re planning on at least 8 this year. But if we can scrounge up more budget, we’ll certainly keep it going!
Really enjoyed the video the life of Mindy and Kevin and MoJo the star of the show. keep them coming and Safe Travels.
A flying adventure..and a cooking show all in one! Love it! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
#itsgainingseason :) That had me laughing.
Solid 2nd episode guys!!! Thank you for sharing!!!
Ha ha ha! At first, I thought you were going shopping at a circle k or something!
Fun! Thanks to both of you for the effort. Seeing Mojo warms my heart. I experienced my first stick time at age 10 in the right seat of a 1958 182 (N5133D) that my father was a partner in. Loved that airplane. I was reunited with it and met its current owner some 53 years later at Oshkosh 2019! I got to shake Mindy’s hand there too! I admire your work!
This is what flying is all about to flying and being together as one
You can’t go wrong with fillet “minion” 😂👌
Hahaha he refuses to say it correctly. 😂
what a wonderful vidéo. former pilot here living in the north of France. y'all make flyin' and being a couple fun. please stay that way
Great idea. I like the concept of the “$100 hamburger” -happy flying😂
I absolutely love that paint scheme
Very nice plane and great chemistry
Rib eye…hands down!!!
Really like the series and the chemistry is real. You two are very entertaining but I must admit the vintage 182 you guys found is the star of the show. That being said, a good steak and a nice bourbon makes the evening. Great work guys.
I just looked up the Perry Airport on Google Maps since I haven't been down that way in a couple of years. There's some kinda military-looking business jet, a command center, fire trucks, and what looks like a decontamination tent on the ramp. May be related to Guardian Center next door but thought it was interesting.
Mindy...I'm Michele Swope's Uncle. Enjoyed your video. I've had a bunch of airplanes, but the 182E I had back in 1980 was one of my favorites. I'll subscribe and follow your adventures.
Love the video. From one steak lover to another. Try this and see if it works for you. Cook the steaks the same way you did, but pull them off rare, put some compound butter on them and wrap them up in aluminum foil and let them rest for a few minutes. They will finish cooking to medium rare and all the juices will pull back into the meat.
Great landing 🛬 as we call it butter the landing; The term butter comes from the texture of regular butter. It is smooth and slick, how a good landing is. To butter the landing, when you land you have to keep the nose up by flying just above stall speed to keep the plane at a neutral rate of altitude speed.
Definitely the ribeye. But on thick stuff like that, I would reverse sear. Roast in oven to about 90F internal. Then finish on cast iron to 120F, which is medium rare. Either way, definitely get yourself a Thermapen ONE. You will never have well done by accident again.
Beautiful couple beautiful airplane beautiful dinner and a nightcap too.
Living the dream you two.!!!!
My wife, 2 kids (12 and 8) and I love watching your videos! I am an aspiring pilot. These videos get my family excited about GA. I know videos are a lot of work. Please keep it up!!! PS Your appearances on Steveo is what made him so popular with us. He owes you LOL 😁
Thank you for this, I love that the kids watch too! Best of luck getting your license. Flying with the fam will be super fun for you
I have a 1958 182A and when I’m tooling around the Texas countryside I’ve got my windows open. Such a great plane to fly in the summer.
I’m with Kevin medium rare ribeye all day long. Cool video 😎😎
Great episode you two! I love that you included Mojo this time, what a beautiful bird. It’s a time machine indeed.
I have been meaning to send you P4TC stickers for a long time for yall's refrigerator but all I had were little bitty ones. we just had some larger ones made up and sending them in the mail today (04/18/2022),
MAY WORK OUT BETTER SO WE CAN GET A PRIME SPOT ON THE FRIDGE - HA!
Looove your schwiscky serie. Keep it comming.
Enjoy you twos antics , great video, love the 182..
Steak ‘n Cake! Love the $100 beef dash. I follow you guys under my other IG but when I say your 182 is a glorious and beautiful machine I mean it 100%. Love this show!
So awesome!
If you want to know if the steak is done as you want, cut into the middle with a sharp knife before turning off the flame, so you can put it back on. You can also avoid overcooking them that way.
Great video! Excited for more!
My husband knows your husband and recommended your channel, Love me some $100 burgers! Will need to take the champ for a steak and some brats next time 😂 what a life, Ga has the best aviation community in the world Im convinced.
This is such an amazing series! As a student pilot, these are the types of adventures I dream about being able to do one day. Even more I hope to be able to share my passion for flying with someone as much as you two! Keep up the great work!
Great entertainment guys, keep ‘em coming
You guys are so awesome can't wait for the next episode
That is totally awesome you guys are truly blessed
I love this channel because of What my favorite classic Aircraft the 182 Skylane and you both that always showing the love of aviation and fun

Fun Stuff
Glad Y’all enjoyed Perry
Awsome video ! You 2 are a lot of fun
You guys are living the dream ! God Bless you.
Love Stripplins. Thanks for the trip.
That was fun. An actual "real" flying destination, sprinkled with all the little details..so refreshing not having the typical "instructional" or otherwise. Then the frosting on the cake (you didn't show desert!) was enjoying the fruits of the quest: the BBQ and dinner!! Thanks for taking us along.
Loved it! Good job you guys. Crushed that landing Kevin! As a new pilot myself it was great to see!
Great video you two! Cheers from Chattanooga! ✈️
You guys are great! Love that you are doing fun stuff with the plane. Can't wait for Eps. 3! Wondering if you were at SnF this last week working the show. Been years since I last attended.
Yes! For a few days we were. It felt pretty slow this year
Loved this video! Excellent content
Good stuff!
What an awesome video… entertaining and funny to boot. Great video editing.
HA HA HA! CLeAER!!! You've been watching Chris Palmer haven't you. lol Love this series... Been following you on Instagram but just found out you had a channel on youtube. Currently binge watching.
Great video guys! Keep up the flying Kevin, you are doing great! Makes me want a steak now, LOL!!!
Great shenanigans in this video. Two things jumped out: (1) it’s so flat, no hills or mountains to worry about! (2) Steaks are soooo inexpensive, they’re almost free! Looking forward to your next videos (Paul in Northern California)!
great home landing!
Now that was fun....thank you
Another great vid!
Loved it! Well done, guys. Well, medium rare.
Thoroughly enjoy your videos! You guys are awesome together. I gotta try that $100 steak idea, although I don't live at my airport. ;) Very entertaining, can't wait for the next one!
I’m about to buy a 1957 Skylane so I’ve been eating up your episodes!
Another great video!
My boy Kev landed TF outta Mojo, good job BRUH!
Love It
Got off easy with a $20 steak. Here is AK it's more like $35 for a good t-bone. Great video! Oh and love the salad idea...glad the old man snuck in the potato...not a steak without one... 😆
Oh jeez!!! Georgia is not known for expensive beef so I was like jeesh kevin 😂 & yes. He’ll always sneak in a potato or two. Lol
Hahahaha, that was great! DANG, that steak looks awesome!
Great video, love that plane!
I'm with Mindy... filet. I like a little leaner cut!
B&B in a snifter glass after the meal.
Love this video! Well produced, great shots, funny banter, great flight instruction! What more could you ask for? Well done guys! P.S. Still bummed I missed you at SNF 😢
You guys are awesome 😆
Awesome content, luv it
What a fun video, loved every minute😁Now I'm starving (even though I ate an hour ago) but I need to wait until Saturday for my ribeye (or sirloin) steak😑🤣I loved the drone footage of your landing, so cool👌Mojo is looking better and better, such a gorgeous girl👍
Now I'm hungry! Well done.
I'll take the fillet steak every time! Excellent video production! Great job you two.
Finally someone on my side!!!
Thanks for that,we already had a bit of a chat about the economics of this in the current climate,I think we broke the budget.Looks like these videos are just going to get better and better,I don’t know how you make something that’s already perfect better, but looks like you know how 👌🙂
Best wishes☺️
What a great channel!
Enjoyed the video. I had a few pieces of striplings jerky yesterday. Kevin should go on the road covering Glass Animals. Lol. Great band.
Haha don’t give him any ideas….Hey! Someone else knows of striplings!! 😁
Mouthwatering steaks, breathtaking aircraft, awesome hosts, how do you spell envy? Kevin, who makes your sunglasses, they look great?
Gresso
Who knew, Mindy is a gourmet chief as well as a Pilot. Good looking dinner and the salad looks fantastic. Great video.
Oh far from it! I’ll keep my day job!! Haha. Thank you
That ribeye was a beast!😂 But I also love filet mignon. Coin toss for a favorite. Fantastic video series. Hopefully you guys can upgrade the sparse panel on MoJo after some additional sponsors kick in. 😉
Loving the new series and hope to bump into you sometime in the Atlanta area
It's not about the size of your meat, it's about how well you grill it!! 🤣
You guys are making me hungry. Huuuuuuungry. Awesome episode.
Great video - love this content! Keep it coming. Sorry, Mindy ... have to vote for Team Ribeye. Although I vote for Team Mindy on the landing ... like butter!
Love the videos! To be fair, Striplings has great steaks at a decent price. I like to do that same thing and stop in Perry when flying by.
Your centerline control better be sharp with that field!! Thanks for sharing!!
Kevin, the automatic hangar door opener! 😂
Very cute - excellent way to promote GA … hopefully you can visit lots of different places and venues … we have lots of great overnight and day trip locations in California… what about a trip that other pilots invite you to be part of their trip and you share the whole trip with your viewers??
Keep up the excellent work - love it !!
Gas station steak is a MUCH better idea than gas station sushi!
I can't believe no red wine with that yummy steak!!!
You 2 are doing a great job with this. Might be time to visit "sharkboy" on a future episode and Kim and I will show you how to these Ohio folks has learned to fit in with all the awesome food down here in Alabama.
Excellent video once again. Gonna have to make a trip to Perry. #ribeyeforsure
Filet is always good but for the price and size I always go to the Ribeye…I’m on Team Kevin for this. 🤣🤣🤣 That little filet will be gone sooner than I would want it to be. 😁
Wow..don't see Garmin pilot EFB much.. I love Garmin over foreflight.
Cool channel, y'all.👍
There is also a Striplings near Athens, Ga if your in the area. Same as Perry Gas station Steaks
Great stuff..!!! Loved the video. Look so much forward to the next one. Gaining Season is that a thing, the Swiss guy is asking..?
