- Tiny11 and Tiny10 are both great, lightweight versions of Windows 10 and Windows 11 created by NTDEV. However, what about a Tiny OS that wasn't created by NTDEV? In this video, we'll be taking a look at Tiny7, which is a custom, lightweight Windows 7 ISO that was not created by NTDEV.

yeah the thing I prefer about NTDEV's distributions of Windows is that it keeps everything vanilla. It doesn't bundle any additional third party software, and simply removes things from the original OS
1 tool I would add, spyware blaster, it doesn't
Run in background and helps to keep crap from sneaking onto your pc from the web.
I’ve used this version before in a vm the reason webpages would not load is TLS is disabled in internet options found in control panel and also in file explorer navigation bar can be re enabled in options menu
THANK YOU SO MUCH!
Is it safe to use? Since its not supported by window any more
@@Crediu Use it in a VM, i dont recommand using this on real machine WITH internet.
@@NaeNissanNaeNae i have used windows xp computer in 2020 but at the time i was not aware that its quite dangerous and someone could get acces to my machine
Didn’t think people were making custom Windows 7 ISO’s still
It's quite an old iso, pre SP1
Comodo and Foxit? Good to know that it comes preinstalled with period-correct spyware
It is not the smallest. Windows 7 SuperNano is.
I might try it on my 18yo notebook
HP Pavlion dv2000
120gb hdd
1.5gb ram ddr2
Intel Celeron 520 @1.6ghz
i dualbooted it with windows 7 perfection windows 7 is my daily driver even though my laptop was made for Windows 10
POV:if you install windows 7 on 5GB disk
i installed this shit before IT CAN'T INSTALL FUCKING SP1
sorry for that attitude but everytime i want to install sp1 it keeps saying "missing system components" can anyone help me with that?
1:41 rumour are that this dude died , I don't know if its true or not but I've seen the rumour somewhere....
I don't regularly use Windows at all, but I do have Win7 Tiny and Win 2000 VMs for those times I want to access legacy software and my own old code ... Just don't go online on these things, these systems are insecure, so that's just asking for trouble. Use the host browser for that and disable networking on the VM.
can install to ryzen pc?
use super nano lite! its way smaller!
bro tell a version of windows 7 that transform it into windows 11
hi can you try Neon OS?
does it support the aero theme with proper display drivers?
yes i even installed it in a gtx 960 system before lol
Yeah but you shouldn't daily drive it its not even service pack 1 and it has basically no application support and its 32-bit
@@dumbfloppa i know i shouldn't daily drive it, i was just wondering as i wanted to set up a "multiplayer" vm
Its called windows bootleg
I know Windows 7 was a great OS. But come on man... Just let it go. We really don't need Windows 7. Nothing will work properly and it will be a huge security risk. Why bother?
Most of the things will work properly and security will be fine for home users that keep an eye out.
There will definitely be some restrictions no doubt but power tools will also help, Use Supermium for a secure browser, and you're pretty much set.
In the future a windows 7 will be one of the biggest softwares for preserving functioning old gsmes.
To be fair, he is not advocating for its use. And these ISOs do serve those who need to access legacy software for some reason, and you can do it from the “confort” of an older, surplus device.
Because it's fun to tinker.
I challenge someone to make Windows 7 that is capable of running on 64 MB of RAM (which is the minimum requirements for Windows XP)
# F R E E P A L E S T I N E
im taking that challenge
NTDEV got down to 36mbs of ram 3yrs ago
NTDEV got down to 36MBs 3 years ago.
