Super Gun (NES, NTDEC) Playthrough from Caltron 9-in-1 Prototype

One of the rarest games for the NES! While this "unlicensed" game had a standalone cart release, it's so hard to find that it was actually easier to borrow and digitize a one-of-a-kind "Caltron 9-in-1" prototype to record this footage.

From the title screen and intro, I was expecting something much more along the line of Top Gun-style flight sim, and less along the lines of Dragon Spirit/Compile shmup

Thanks for posting.
I guess growing up playing Zanac has dulled my senses toward other shooters on the NES. This one looks very un-inspiring, slow, and just plain boring. That late in the consoles life, I guess I expected better from developers.

The graphics look terrible for a 1992 NES game. And it's just a boring vertical shooter.

Levels are long and répétitive in this game 😓 and ending is disappointing
