    1. Повышающий DC-DC преобразователь
    2. Драйвер на сдвиговых регистрах и матрица на 8x8 пикселей. Картинка - единичная точка от таймера 555.
    3. Тоже повышающий DC-DC до 12 вольт.

Thats how voltage boosters work. The coils back emf significantly increases when circuit is opened . Providing much greater Voltage at output.

I see a lot of comments about how it all works, if you are not familiar with Capacitators, Diodes, Resistors or Transistors better stay away from any power sources. The basic explanations needs to be made to all including the basic schematics as he showed for each project, Capacitators are designed to temporary hold a certain voltage, they can be dangerous and explode by a back or overage of volts. Diodes are made usually tied in a 4 way route and they are made to make the electricity to flow in ---> one direction that is useful with a capacitator. Resistors are exactly as the name, the help slow and stabilize the flow of current, it works similar to a water dam, the water is stopped or slowed until it reaches the next point to increase the water flow, electricity works the same when a resistor is placed, at the next point or in front of it to say: send more volts to a light bulb to make it light. This is helpful to increase volts to your generated point without destabilizing Capacitators or Diodes, hope this is helpful to someone!👍👍👍 it's also wise to have a good multi-meter for accuracy of correct volts and amps, I test everything even when I have a schematic in place.

Were did you get that battery?! I haven't seen the 9 lives logo on an eveready battery since the carbon core batteries of the 1960's!! I am assuming that is a modern alkaline? Very retro. They don't look like that in the USA anymore.

You should've ended the boost convertor series with the 34063 IC, one's an old, yet also a robust and somewhat more efficient way of making those :) Doesn't accept 1.5v on input though (yet many newer integrated boost convertors do).
