Introduction games help a team to get to know each other better. Telling someone else’s story as if it were their own, will promote an understanding of another’s vision. It is also a good listening exercise because the group members need to reproduce what they heard before. 👂

Do you like this exercise? Let’s give these variations a try:
1. In the first round, people form duos with someone they know the least about. You can also let them form duos based on other aspects. For example, you can let them form duos with someone they have had the most differences with or with someone they wish to know more about.
2. In the second round, people form duos with someone whom they think has a different vision for the organization. You can also let them form duos based on other aspects. For example, you can let them form duos with someone of whom they think his vision might spark curiosity.

Bobby Dsouza Great that you think the video is fantastic! :) When you have a group of 30 people you can just split it into little groups and let them do the exercise. You as the trainers walks around between the groups to see if everything goes right :) Good luck and let me know how it went!
