How to use digital scale “pcs” function to measure quantity?

In this video, I am going to show you how to use the “PCS” function to measure quantity. If you need to know the quantity of a lot of the same small parts, you have tired of counting them one by one.
It would be a waste of time and effort to count many small parts. You will have no time to do other things.
We found a good way that Digital scale “PCS” function could weigh the quantity, and it’s easy and save a lot of your time.
First, power on until the LCD read ”0.00”. Take off the cover as a tray.Tare it.
Second, put on 25pcs stickers on the tray, press ”pcs” button and hold for 2 seconds until it flashes on the LCD. Press “mold” to select numbers.
Second, put a sample of the item you want to weigh and count on the platform, for example I put 25 small sticks on the platform.
Then, Press and hold “pcs” key for 2 seconds, the LCD will display 25, and the PCS key in the upper left corner of the LCD is flashing continuously. At this time, press the MODE key to set the quantity you want to weigh. We press the PCS key to make sure the number is 25. It has entered the counting mode. Then remove all the small sticks and put them one by one, the number of the corresponding small sticks will be displayed.

I have basically the same one with 3 buttons and it doesn't explain it in the manual if it even has the function. But, it does display it on the screen when I press power.. Any help?

i bought a cheap 200 gramscale off amazon and it doesnt count pieces but they used a template so it still says it does on the screen lol@@nancywu--digitalscale4938

Can someone explain what is counting in pcs on a scale for? don't I know the quantity of the items I'm holding or what? why do I need a scale or the counting function to count what I can see? I don't get it.
And lastly, now that I have entered counting mode, how do I go back to the regular weighing mode?

This pcs function mainly use for small parts. If there are a lot of small parts, it is impossible to count them one by one, or it is a waste of time to count them one by one. At this time, the "pcs" function is very useful.You can take the method of weighing,.First weigh 25pcs or 50pcs, or 100pcs, and then Quickly know the quantity directly by weighing to save a lot of time.
Just need power off, then power on again, you can go back to the regular weighing mode.
