It's not as if he put on a speedo for no purpose, or, as I've seen ladies do here, for the sole purpose of showing skin, without having any talent, in a talent competition. First, no, I didn't listen to rap song when I was a kid, because they didn't exist (yes, I am that old, rappers delight came on when I was 10, already). Second, he's not listening here, he's performing, and when you do that, it's important what you pick. Third the main reason I say it's important for kids not to sing adult songs it's because of how it affect their voices, but most people don't care, because it's so "cute" to see them singing even opera (which is not appropriate, either, so it's not about genre.) So, try to get it through your asshole brain that it's not about the songs, but about the kids. They should not sing things that damage their voices, and they should sing things that go with them.

I thought he sounded just a bit hoarse, probably from so much practice, and the poor guy looked like he was freezing! But he is totally adorable, and he's got a huge future ahead, and then he can promise to send Amanda front row tickets and then just decide not to at the last moment. HAHA!
well not all 12 year olds are like that you know. it's just a stereotypical view of us. fair enough some 12 year olds act like that but most of us are quite silent and when you meet people like that, you will see that we are quite not like wanting to be Luke gangsters. all i do is just watch movies mist of the time. :)
I'm saying it's odd that he's NOT jaded at 12. It's just so strange. I was just shocked by his apparent innocence. I mean, don't the other 12-year olds, acting like thugs, smoking cigs, baggy jeans, talking about bitches, pretending to be gansters... make fun of this boy for dancing around pretending to be the jungle boy? In my time, the other kids would have tortured him to the point of sucide. Yet hes not even self-conscious about it AT ALL. So I wonder if he's homeschooled, perhaps?
He should be an actor (which he already is ) he was in casualty so he's goona gett spotted some how. i couldnt help singing along with him when he did this
I just LOVE BGT but there is an awful lot of hypocrisy in the judging this year. A LOT of complaints and rumors of people associated with the judging/production company insisting on moulding the acts, picking their songs, etc. But the worst is when the judges make such blanket fantastic statements, and then backtrack and don't support the act in the final moment. What crap that is.
