I dont know why but i purchased an warpcast id and my custody address is not same as my wallet address and it is not logging in the farquest and i have and account i got from phaver as free it is showing there so please help me with that

Can i just use safepal wallet for converting of mnemonic?? I will import the phrase there and get the eth private key??
If you already have the mnemonic, then you can import it into any wallet and get the private/public key from there.
I just didn't want to make ANOTHER wallet and add it to my existing wallet instead, which will require the private key.

I have already completed many transactions on my MetaMask EVM address before I saw your video. I purchased FID/Storage and claimed a handle two or three times. Now, with this new Warpcast account imported into MetaMask as Warpcast, everything is showing as zero. I have to claim the handle and buy storage again. What would you suggest I do in this case?

Sounds like you made multiple addresses.
Depending what you want to do, you'll need to figure out:
- which account is holding your funds
- which account is your Farcaster ID address
- if your farcaster ID is linked to your warpcast app
- if the handle was from WarpQuest (which is a different app)
- if the WarpQuest app is linked to your Warpcast or farcaster ID.
The hard part about Farcaster ecosystem is that all the apps made on that platform are made by different people. So if you want only one address for all your Farcaster apps you should sign in with the same address to each platform.
This video is only if you already have addresses from different apps and want to try making the apps link together.

I just bought a storage on far.quest and cant find it in my accaunt.
Support said me that i bought it for another FID which i clamed before on their site.
How to transfer my storage and what can i do with it may be you can help?
Farcaster FID and FarQuest Handle are two different addresses. Farcaster FID is created when you create a Farcaster Account and FarQuest handles are for the FarQuest App.
Be sure you are logging in to FarQuest with the address that holds the FarQuest Handle. that will give you access to the FarQuest app.
If you login to FarQuest and have access to your Farcaster ID in the marketplace, you have two options:
- start over your quests in FarQuest under this address instead
- Transfer your FID to your other address through their FarQuest Marketplace.

Why are FARQUEST FIDs and WARPCAST FIDs different from each other?
I have 10,000degen too but WARPCAST FID degen ballance IS 0
They are two completely different apps built on Farcaster Protocol. So unless you sign up specifically with the same wallet address, they are going to be different addresses, unfortunately.
You could probably send your $DEGEN to your other address if needed though.

@@makel7651 you could "sell" your FID account to the account you use in FarQuest via their marketplace / FarMarket.
I do want to point out though, that anything done on FarQuest doesn't necessarily update on Warpcast. If you want to use FarQuest exclusively rather than Warpcast, that's also an option.

Depends which app you mean.
Farcaster / Warpcast is mobile-first which is why it asks you to use your phone to scan the QR code to login.
FarQuest may be desktop-first so it's possible that app isn't mobile friendly. I haven't tried theirs on mobile tbh.
Metamask is also not quire as mobile friendly, but they've improved a lot since they first started.

Sounds like you got tipped with $DEGEN. This is a completely different application that uses Warpcast Frames and their own DEGEN app.

I don't think it is...posting your recovery key in an unknown website is not safe

Farcaster and MetaMask are both well-known apps. Be sure you are on the correct websites though.
It's also optional. You don't HAVE to manage your Farcaster Address in metamask if you don't want to.
If you are still unsure, you can always practice with a dummy account as well with no funding in it. Some people want to do this for convenience or to make sure the correct address is being linked to other accounts.
With anything though, the more you "centralize" your accounts, the less secure, so there's always a trade off when it comes to convenience.
