Arrangement of "On the Shoulders of Giants" from Final Fantasy XVI.
Composed by Masayoshi Soken, arranged by Sipi Ovaska.
This one plays against Gigas in the intro of the game, and some large enemies later on. It has nice throwbacks to older Final Fantasy themes, and like the other combat themes, it uses a lot of the common melodies in XVI.

Awesome arrangement! I absolutely adore how each battle theme is essentially the same song re-arranged with different tone and emphasis on different sections. Like how the ending of Sail Forbidden Seas is the intro to No Risk No Reward. And the main melody of this song is found in both the afformentioned songs. So many good arrangements of these melodies.

Thanks! Soken really did a great job on tying the soundtrack together with the recurring melodies of the battle themes, Cid's theme, etc...
I thought I was the only one who thought the end of Forbidden Seas / Sixteen Bells sounded like the intro to No Risk, No Reward. Nice catch!

Thanks! "The Greatwoods" is probably next on my plate, it's been on hold for a while until the official soundtrack releases (haven't found a full clean version of it anywhere). "To Sail Forbidden Seas" and "Away" are some I'm considering after, I'll probably want to do something more intense again :)
