Those struggling with 12:21 trapdoor arch placing:
Use dirt blocks, build a tower of 4, place a trapdoor, close it, remove a dirt block then repeat until you reach the floor. This is how I managed it!
or u can just crouch jump, crouching lets you place trapdoors on trapdoors without opening them. same for furnaces and crafting tables
at 9:17 if your flower pots dont place on the wall you can add spruce slabs under them and it actually looks really good!

I think the chains are meant to replicate a hanging flower pot/basket, so the chains wouldn't make much sense with the slabs underneath, but it's nice that people can pick between the two for whatever works best for them.
I just extended the bush thingy and I added a slab so that it would look like the bush was hanging idk if I explained that correctly I hope it makes sense
you can also place barrier blocks under it (if u have cheats on)
I just feel like letting you know I'm not building this BUT but it is Soooo soothing to just watch a master in action. Also you have really unique building methods

Edit: for those of you who donât know, itâs glow berries, just get the berries from the recipe book and just place them underneath the camp fires, then use bone meal to make the berries appear

You just place a glow berry and it will have the vine, then you can bone meal it

How do you get the flower pots to stay/hang in the front!???
I was making this in creative and i didn't know either, I simply used barrier blocks and removed the side spruce trapdoors, it still looks just as good! Also I don't know how to make the hanging glow berries from the windows if anyone could help :)
