A rpa file is a renpy archive file which low level encrypts media and other files so that regular users can't access them. It is a simple method of obfuscation which amateurs use to prevent players from opening and editing the source code and media of their games.
Unfortunately for them, rpa decryption is widely available and so I made a tutorial on it.
