I been doing gibby lately but have done loba in the past. I know 8 got that crutch for castle but nice to see he wasnt on the list. I get the loba having less shields perspective but idk i think she secures the rez more often then vantage. Both are good picks. Ill see how far i get with gibbs

I think bang is also good for solo players because she is an Allrounder

i have two issues when it comes to bang as a solo queue legend
1) her smokes can mess your own team up just as much as the other team if not used properly - causing issues all around
and 2) her movement ability requires you to be shot at in order to work so its not as reliable as a path grapple or a rev jump
that being said though, she is still a very solid pick and if you know what youre doing can easily carry you while soloing

She feels good to play in solo q, but I don't like having her as a random teammate. Her smokes can work against a team with limited comms.

Different legends makes no difference. The issue with solo que is EOMM. Play who you want but play one game, first game is the hook. You can get good team mates and a good game (where these tips are useful). The next 5-8 games you will be fodder and games will be hell regardless of who you pick.

loba over vantage? recon should probably be bloodhound and you don’t want 2. loba tac is quicker and can revive randoms

its solo queue, you arent going to be able to build an actual team comp
dont worry about running 2 of the same classes if it does happen
loba also got a nerf with armour not being lootable anymore, so she isnt as good

⁠​⁠​⁠@@8SecondGaming i feel like solo queue is the reason loba’s the bttr pick. randoms more likely to die and you can get them back easy. you can get ammo/heals that you need easily where vantage can’t.
also i feel like you can still try to run optimal team comp in ranked solo queue. especially if you get paired with a two stack
