    I left training because of the ridiculous length of surgical training. Qualify of my life and quality of my baby’s life with me working full time is unacceptable to me. Part time pay during the prime of my working life in my 30s is also unacceptable to me. Not worth it. Really hope you find it worth it 🙏🏼

    Hi agree with you and yes my husband is also doing a flexible job. However I work 80% LTFT as a GP trainee and have 3 kids. enjoyed your video.

    Hi Eve, is ST7 of ophthalmology training a fellowship year or is fellowship not part of the 7 year training programme?

      Hello (: as far as I know - I didn’t think a fellowship year was part of the training programme 🤔
