Usa does, FAA (Usa's flight regulatory body) mandates compensation of food vouchers of 100 dollars or more for more than 3 hr delay and compensation of flight ticket and rebooking and an accomodation and food and travel expenses if the flight is delayed/ they rebooked you for more than 8 hrs
As a matter of fact DGCA has mandated the same compensatory laws altough compensation being slightly lower

Vlog is good, Just for ur info: when u lease any plane, it will never be in good condition , air India renovated the whole interior, sockets, mechanical mechanisms, seats cover and more .
That’s good strategy by air india. They bought it on lease and use it until there new planes arrives.
And one more the compensation u were talking about usa airlines is wrong sir.(reality it is different ) they just rebook u or give compensation around 500$-600$ or voucher so it is different. (That too depends on ur flight length ).
