Whem you play, don’t be aggressive in the beginning. Pick your targets for sure, but wait until you have comparable troops to ur neighbors before attacking. Also expand faster, use 50-75% sends every cycle for optimal land grabbing.
God I hate people who just instantly get aggressive against you just because you touched borders early
Ah I didn’t know that it was better to send more troops early game, usually at the beginning I send like 20-25% of my troops to expand into open land so I have more troops than the people around me but I’m a little smaller
You are wrong. One should start landgrabing at 50, and decrease it little by little until you reach 10~15% at the middle game.

When you boat to islands pretty close to you or you are finishing off an extremely weak bot, lower your troops to like 5 percent or less to save on resources.

I've noticed that you're far too aggressive in the majority of your games. For example, if you run into someone weak early on like you did in the first game, don't attack them right away. Build up so you can match or be stronger than those around you, and attack them later, either after other people attack them, or after you reach red interest.
