- Hey, this is my piano cover of The Drug In Me Is Re imagined by Falling In Reverse/Sean Rooney. It's been a while since I have covered a song on piano as between work life, home life and multiple hobbies to juggle, it's hard to find the time, but I couldn't pass this song up.
Even though it's a piano heavy song, this is not a note for note cover, especially the solo as I don't have the listening skills or mechanical skills to play a part that complex so I just filled it in with a really basic section (also not the same notes as the song) but I think it works well enough for now.

This is going to take A LOT of pausing and writing down the notes you play but I'm definitely going to learn this, I have too for my own sanity. I've been trying to teach myself this on the piano since I first heard and my version sucks.

You're more than welcome to, but if you search CZcams for Sean Rooney, he has his version without the vocal line so that would work better :) I think there's even an instrumental version somewhere on CZcams that would be great to sing over.

Like dude come on.. you’re doing a piano cover of a song where the main instrument IS PIANO. This is literally apples to apples here not apples to oranges, their is no excuse for the piano solo to not be the exact same solo from the song! It’s such a strong part of the song and you made it so weak.. that killed this for me. And if you’re just gonna say “it’s a cover it doesn’t have to be the same” agreed but when a solo comes up don’t just delete the fucking solo.
You're right there's no excuse, but there is a legit reason which is simply I'm not good enough to play the solo... can you really say you saw the first half of my basic playing and fully thought I was going to bust out some crazy solo out of nowhere? lol See that's the good thing about my videos, I can make them how I like because it's a hobby, not a job :) if you search for Sean Rooney on CZcams, he has what you desperately crave.
