He looks rather thin and frail for his height that I thought he was vegan, but no. He definitely has low bodyfat. I think he needs to stay slim because on set the cameras make actors/models appear heavier than in reality.
If I see him drinking alot of fruit or veg smoothies, then I'll believe he is getting his nutrients.

藕粉，我都直接在爐子上煮耶。水燒滾後，先加點冰糖直到糖融化，甜度要比你想要的再甜上一點點，因為加入藕粉後甜味會變淡一些。轉微火，倒入藕粉，邊倒邊煮邊拌，筷子開始有黏稠感時，關火。繼續攪拌到半透明，沒有粉狀，放涼再吃，不然會燙死人喔！或是等涼了，放冰箱。像在煮菜燕一樣。我都這樣煮，沒有直接拌熱水吃過。

Zhan is on diet. The funniest moment is when he thought all dishes were sampled and he was almost done with the feast, the host presented him General Tao's Chicken, which is one of his top favorites. You can see his struggle, regret, desire and guilt of eating all together 😅😄😋, hahaha.
I watched it again, thank you for the english Subtitle. I initially follow Zhan ge because I love how articulate he is. He is so good at describing beautiful things in this world, like I can really imagine his every journey.
