But this is what Karen's do = whine about everything with justification behind it... instead of understanding that the creators of the car are not intending to promote the car to public as being "okay safety hazard." without belts. A person with an IQ of a cabbage should already know the risks of driving without belts. A karen will point out a splattered fly on the windshield and whine about promoting no wipers.

if you havent seen it yet look up my perfect widowmaker. That was also a pretty amazing build/project. Just not close to this one in regard to fab work and overall man hours.

The LS is a bit played out but apart from that, this thing is unique in all the right ways. I’m a traditionalist by heart too (forged stroked m20b25, haltech ecu etc in mine)

I had an 86 e30 manual I had about a decade ago. So much fun to drive but had too much rust damage from being up north and eventually started falling apart on me so I had to get rid of it. I always wanted to do something like this with it. So its great to see what it could have been. These straights don't do a widebody with a sequential any justice. Get it out on a winding track like Leguna Seca and then its true potential really shines. I always wanted to get into Autocross and eventually GT racing. Never been much of a european guy and I wanted to do this same setup with a gen 2 viper but that 86 e30 I had was just too much fun. Even when it spun out like on a water patch turning onto the freeway it was so balanced that I just gently drifted it back in line with no issues whatsoever. I had some people in a minivan try to cut me off and I didn't allow it so they got mad and tried to force me off the road and the e30 just beautifully dodged their attempts to hit me and I pulled away from them like it was nothing and never saw them again. Just a base model e30 too, not even an M3. Just the regular NA inline 6.

The E30 to me, is an absolute classic. Having owned Beemers for over 30 years, I would love to do something special with one, one day. 1200hp may be a step too far for this 'responsible dad', but it does get one thinking! Great work and thanks for sharing. Cheers from Sydney - Dave
