It's because she's pretty. I have noticed this. When pretty people explain stuff you pay more attention and not get bored, so retain the most of it. She was also using a lot of hand gestures so maybe there's that.
Dheedi, U r such an inspiration, after watching your vedios even iam moved to cultivation, love to be with plants... the happiness which we feel during our plants growth, ts really soothing,, GO AHEAD. our prayers,, salute ur humility

Really you r jst Amazing!!!!! 😘😍
I am a botanist. The way u explain things is so nice. Love ur vdos
Banana peel is a good source of potassium and not phosphorus. Potassium more than 40%, phosphorus less than 3%.
Bonemeal and rockphosphate contain around 30% phosphorus.
Rest video is really good and informative.
Hi Ekta.. Thanks for the video but I just wanted to know this liquid seaweed fertilizer is suitable for all types of plants I mean indoor and outdoor.
Okay I’m obsessed with your accent! And thank you for this video ❤️🙌
Aww such a cute lady🥰

Can this be used with vegtables like tomato, ginger, bitter gourd etc.
U hv made me start bit of gardening Ekta.. Dnt hv much of a space.. But trying to green what little area I hv with yr guidance..Loads of love
Hii...m new into gardening n loving it now..my daughter says some new soul has got into u mamma..😂😂.luv the way u explain things...thnx a lot...😍😍😍😍
I have seaweed fertilizer in powder form, i bought it from amazon, how to use it?
Shall i mix it in soil and how much.?
I think maybe mix it with the soil or mix it with water and water the water with the fertilizer
Ekta ji I think Banana peel is rich source of Potassium (K) and not Phosphorus (P). Banana Peel can replace Seaweed Ascophyllum Nodosum as far as Potassium is concerned but seaweed contains other micro nutrients and trace minerals.
Worm Compost and it's tea should be able to meet all the fertiliser requirement (slow release via microbes and fungi).
Phosphorus rich fertiliser is Bonemeal under organic alternative.
Thanks, Rajiv S
sir, the banana pulp we eat is rich in K but the banana peel is good in P content. The sea weed extract I get does not mention what plant it has been been extracted from but it seems well balanced in nutrient composition. I don't use any other plant supplement, not even for vegetables.
@@GardenUp Ma'm here is the link which details out composition of peel and not the fruit pulp/fiber. It is rich in K and very very low in P and so essentially banana peel is not a P fertiliser but a K fertiliser. Please correct me if I am missing anything with references if possible.
www.omicsonline.org/open-access/nutrient-and-heavy-metal-composition-of-plantain-musa-paradisiaca-and-banana-musa-paradisiaca-peels-2155-9600-1000370.php?aid=52304
Hi, I would agree with you but we are both partly right. I read up a little more and found than banana is actually good for P, K, Ca and magnesium as well.. so it can be great for the plants.for reference see 'Banana and it's byproduct utilization, Mohapatra et al 2010' thanks for such a healthy discussion.. I am glad you pointed out...
NDL Organic Gardening can we use banana peel as a fertiliser?
@@abhisheksharma9460 It is not an all purpose fertilizer meaning it is rich in K component. For N you can use Neem Cake or Mustard cake. For P you can use bonemeal.
All above 3 are organic alternatives of NPK.
Worm Compost alone is very good all round option of an all purpose slow release fertiliser. It is the best option in my view. In foreign countries they consider it as a soil conditioner rather than soil fertiliser reason being no one can guarantee the exact ratio of NPK as there are various ways as well as various ingredients which can be used.
Hope it answers you question.
The best gardening channel i know
Thankyou mam i am confused to use chemical fertilisers or organic fertiliser for my plants .....but you make it easier to use only organic fertiliser. ....thanks a lot
Thanks for such a useful video, Ekta Akka. But, please do teach us how to make simple homemade fertilizer. Good video.😀😀😀❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍

Finally some one cares about kitchen waste than the make up kits..🙏
Don’t buy make up kits if you don’t want to, take a chill pill
You can also use wood ashes in your plants but sea weed solution is also very effective. Thanks for the information
Very nicely described.
Plus a soothing voice you have
finally I got something i wanted for my garden 😍
Dear Ekta ,
I dry all my vegetable peels and banana peels .
Then powder it and store it.
I give 1 TSP per pot every month .
Hope it is right?
Suggest if wrong.
M'am. It's not bad but turning your vegetable peels into compost is better. Bio degradation by microbes enrich the nutrients and make it more easily absorbable by plants🌱
Very nice and useful video . Things explained very well. We stand to gain a lot ( of knowledge) to be made use of in nurturing our home garden plants.
Thanks !
In my free time I love to watch your video's and I just motivate by that . 😎

I love your cheerful face and the presentation as well. Seekhna tou baad ki baat hai shuruat hi bahut badhiya hoti hai.😊
Thank you for the informative video.
My request, please make a video on artificial light for plants.
My request for a video on this topic because, People who live in cities in apartments, some of their apartment don't get enough sun light specially morning sun light because of orientation issue of building structure, so how can they arrange for alternatives to preserve their small garden due to lack of sunlight.
Thank you in advance.
Really helpful!
Big fan of you Mam, thanks for garden tips 😀
Greetings
I love your videos ,thank you so much for guiding us..... Ma'am,Can we use this fertilizer for our succulents??
First thing I did while watching - Bought seaweed solution
Those living in a hostel can make fruit peel based fertiliser. Just dip peels of common fruits like banana and apple in a mug of water. Keep it covered for 3-4 days. Then strain it and use the liquid product in 1:5 dilution with plain water as a plant fertiliser
Other than banana peel and spple peel. What all fruit peels can we use. Pls suggest
nikon But this can attract more and more insects and fungus in soil ....compost form always been better organic fertiliser .
A horticulturist never advise such type of fertiliser .
I like your speech and work also..
Just awesome background and plants... Superb
Good information. Will try sea weed in my garden
How to take care of plants, when out of home for 7-8 days
Self watering pots....or.....bottle with small holes keep in plant pot....I think it might help you....💚🐾💚
Very simple, give key's to your neighbor for watering.. 😊😊
Siddhartha Rane 🥴😅😂🤣😆😇
succulents would be perfect for you, they don’t need to be watered often
Use baby diapers fully wet
I spray seaweed extract on my orchids.
I too use it for my orchids, but I don't spray it as it can leave residues.
@@Pulse_nerd72 so you are saying you pour in soil?
Thank you so much! I love all of your videos:)
Awww I used to have a friend named Ekta. I miss her so! Nice video ❤👍🏾
This beautiful background which we see in every video is your hostel room...😳Oh my god..!

I'm sorry mam, Your wrong mam banana rich in potassium not phosphorus..
Thanks for sharing Very informative!! You can request neighbors or your mess owner for kitchen waste :)
Hi Ekta,
Thanks for all of your videos, they are helping me greatly to create and expand my garden.
I have couple of questions regarding adding fertilizers
1. Can I add both vermi compost and sea weed solution to my all plants every once in 2 months.
2. If not, then can I use sea weed solution and vermi compost alternatively every month, like current month sea weed solution and next month vermi compost and so on.
Kindly help.
Thank-you.
I like your efforts. Plant lovers forever.

Hi, Ekta I always watch your videos and I always share them with my friends and your gardening tips are amazing I would like to share a small information with you it may be helpful for you that is if we keep dry leaves🍁🍁 below or under matters then after 6 months that leaves will become compost and it really works I kept dried 🍁🍁leaves which I got from my back yard I kept those leaves under mattress in my store room and that compost is full of nutrients which will help your plants to grow fast🌱🌱☘️☘️🌿🌿🌿🍀🍀
