I cried more when Hayley died than on the last episode. It’s was just that look she on her eyes during her final moments. her eyes held so much emotion.
Yeahhh that look just broke my heart into pieces , she was like looking to Elijah saying his name giving her will to God ready to sacrifice her self for them and just did that (she could've cut her finger and throw her in the sun alone why would she even get into it !!!! )

When Elijah realized what he’s done and shouted💔
OMG the part when Duclan said Elijah was the one who broke her heart was so sad and heartbreaking because he loved her more than anything and he would never want to break her heart, in fact that would the last thing he would want to do. And everything he did was trying to make sure that she was safe and hope was safe and even when he lost his memory its was trying to save Hayley from the pain (so that he wouldn't want to see her again or try to talk to her again). Although, he wasn't able to save her a realize he loved him that much while watching her die after regaining his memory you can see the guilt, the sadness, and now you can see how broken he is, which is probably the reason why the finale will be him dying and seeing Hayley again.

He loved her so much. People forget he saved her, and loved her and protected her when nobody would believe she was pregnant or really cared to. He gave up his memories to protect her and hope. He found love while he was gone. That is not his fault. And Antoinette is not his true love. Hayley is. I hate it, but he was not the reason for Hayley’s death. He was there and it was not his fault she died. She was his true love.

I can’t even explain how mad I got when they died. When Hayley died I was crying for and hour and I did the same thing with klaus and Elijah, but when the just left it at them fading into ash and didn’t show hem reuniting with Hayley and Cami I was so pissed. Or they should’ve ended it with Klaus, Elijah, Hayley, and Cami watching over Hope. I can barely even put it into words how sad I was after watching just about ALL OF SEASON 5.
This has been the best Haylijah video I have ever seen!!! It broke my heart that they both died, they were so perfect for each other and they were so cute together. They could have made and grown a family together.

I was fine until the part where Elijah was tracing Hayley's name carved into the tree and then I just lost it. I cried so hard when she died and this just brought all those emotions back. Just like a good book, these two brought those characters to life for us. They had such amazing on-screen chemistry.
It's not easy to be Elijah Mikealson. He was so so strong, keeping all the pain to himself and always being ready to cross any boundary for family. He was already thinking himself responsible for a lot of things that happened but I can never imagine the pain he must be dealing with each and every left moment of his life blaming himself for losing the love of his life.
