Turbo is not burned, and I only had it on for like 3 months. I also only had bypass the boost controller, meaning hose straight from compressor housing to wastegate actuator. So only boosting bout 13psi. One thing I did noticed, boost will only hit after 5k rpm. I installed my old 20G and this guy boost at 20psi at 3400rpm. The turbo was badly manufactured for being a ball bearing turbo.
I run Forced inductions and never had a issue with them and I make almost 2 thousand horsepower
Guess it's time to go with a Chinese Garrett turb

Nope, that's a tune issue. Operator error. You over worked that turbo and burned it up.
Manufacturers errors do happen 🤭 that’s no tune issue there.
