@@kneau he means specifically post Zou but before Wano. In that period where Momo was said to have gone to try and communicate with Zuneisha. When Zuneisha showed up at Wano, he and Momo were basically talking as in regular conversation so they probably did establish more stable communication that first time.
Demaro Black posing as Kid makes perfect sense because in world Kid disappeared after Kaido defeated and imprisoned him in Udon. Nobody in the outside world knew what happened to the Kid pirates until the battle on Wano ended and Kid got a new bounty among Luffy and Law. Considering that Kid disappered during the Dressrosa arc, he had an higher bounty than Luffy at the time, Luffy's bounty would only surpass his after Dressrosa. Demaro Black is really a genious when it comes to choosing which major disappeared pirate to cosplay as.
His plan is the same it was during the return to Sabaody arc, trick strong pirates to join him and make them all the fighting most likely

@@milzhere except in the case of buggy his biggest advantage was utilizing business enterprise and blackmail to get to the top. Demaro is learning though, so that’s a bit scary to think that he may actually find his way toward the West Blue along with the other powerful pirates in the future.
The thing with Buggy is that he actually has charisma and his own name, he doesn't needs to fake his status.

@@omanjackson17 Why do you never uncover what's in the central Asian steppes or the Amazon? The world's a big place and people tend to stick to known routes. Considering there's probably far less than a billion merfolk and few of them feel like searching the ocean's floor for shits and giggles I can imagine they never noticed that the occasional sunken cities they find, like Jinbe did in his cover series, are connected in any way. And even if they did, so what? What are they gonna do with that information?

I just thought about something, did Nami work on her maps for nothing? Because I have a feeling that by the end of the story the water level will either rise up even more, or go down to how it was before the void century, which means that Nami's dream of making a map of the world would have to be redone from the very beginning.
Nami will throttle Imu with her own two hands for making her job so much more difficult
You could also look at it that she might be excited to do it all over again. Like replaying your favourite game with a new game plus. Now that all off the old maps have to be redrawn and she could be one if the first ones to be credited ones to recreate the new world map.
their adventures don't need to end after finding the one piece and undoing the flood, we not even sure if the flood can be undone
In fairness, most people do expect OP to end with the strawhats disbanding after the final showdown and Luffy getting the crown as pirate king, so it is not out of the question that Namis next journey would be to basically make a map of the new world they now have.

i think you misinterpreted what happened with bonney she didnt turn into kid form at the cut, rather it was franky closelining her out of the way (you can see him beside her with his arm around her neck in the panel) and when she hit the ground she deactivated her distorted future
Let put it this way. It was a hundred years of war. Leader and ideologies can easily change during that time frame. And these were all human kings. By the time joyboy was defeated ,it was their grandkids of the original 20 that were in charge
I also appreciate the fact that Vegapunk mentions he doesn't know what started this conflict so he's in no position to judge the morality of the two sides. I kind of hope that its eventually revealed that Joyboy and the Ancient Kingdom weren't entirely innocent victims in this conflict.

I am intrigued about when Vegapunk said that The Ancient Weapons caused the seas to rise. Oranus/Uranus and Pluton I can understand, but how would Poseidon/The First Mermaid "Princess" have contributed save for smashing settlements into the ocean? 🤔

I think zunisha is walking the perimeter of the sunken continent. Mr.miyagi , that goat mink doctor, asked chopper, "zunisha, you have walked 1000 years, where exactly are you going ". Maybe he is circling the ancient kingdom, this makes sense of how zunisha is able to walk on the ocean floor, but maybe the ocean floor is way deeper, zunisha is just walking on the sunken continent.

I legit thought "what? Is this one of those joke fan made chapters?"
I am getting increasingly astounded by the reach Vegapunk's message has.
Most of the things he is saying are things that we have theorized or had a clue or two on already, so it isn't anything world-shaking to us.
But the fact that EVERYONE is getting to learn these things is very scary. There have been multiple chapters of more and more people that are less and less relevant to the current story being shown, receiving the message, even Foxy and Demaro Black and Miss Goldenweek get to receive this message. Suffice to say, everyone that can do something obviously has also heard this message.
THAT is the real power of this message. Being so widespread while having all of this forbidden information.
The other power of the message is shown in the chapter too, a bunch of npc marines began to question the justice of the world government and hesitate.
Literally you could see marine bases like G8 go completely rogue and cut ties now that pretty much everyone knows the WG destroyed the world

Saw Foxy in the chapter and knew I would have to catch Tekking’s review this week.
Tekking, reading this chapter i thought about something, it might be wrong but what if, the weapon that IMU used on Lulusia, instead of actually destroying the island...it just...sank it? kinda like a super gravity weapon, and now it's at the bottom of the ocean, and that's why the whole can't be filled with water, because the water is just being "pushed down".
The Loophole in this is how they were able build Enies lobby above the hole, but that's just a neat idea
That's a neat idea, explains why the water level goes up instead of down.
And about Enies Lobby, they could have just made an artificial location using any devil fruit that allow the user to manipulate land.
So what if th me conflict was simpler than we thought. The ancient kingdom had tech they didn't wanna share with the rest of the world. Joyboy wanted to share it with the rest of the world. The coalition of nations didn't like that the ancient kingdom didn't want to share its tech. They used Joyboy's naivety to take down the ancient kingdom and that's where all the apologies on the poneglyphs came from

Foxy appearing in this chapter was a surprise, but even more so, I did not exxpect to see Marianne (Miss Golden Week) either.
Agreed, it has been a while since we have seen them. It really is a good way to show along with the different places we see just how widespread this information is spreading. Not to mention it is good to see them again. Still, I didn't expect to see the fake straw hats (or rather fake kid pirates now) or the guy that Bellamy crushed in Mock Town again.
Now it makes sense why pluton is located below the original wano .may be the original wano was build on top of mountain or something and pluton may be docked below that mountain and water level rose by 200 meters
No, we know that the water in Wano is the rainwater that accumulated after the walls were built.
@leolegendario1 i think what they are saying is it goes Pulton was docked at the base of a mountain and in the middle of that mountain originally wanno was built. After the first flood they found themselves facing the ocean and the raised up Pulton and so built the wall around wanno and the ship to protect it. Making them having to build even higher up into the mountain and making present wanno.

It could be that Imu tricked the 20 kingdoms into attacking the ancient kingdom to take control of the weapons for themself. We have seen the the same thing happen with Spandem and CP9. Maybe thats why Lily rebeled

Only now I realize how the poneglyphs are like pieces of lore scattered in a video game and Vegapunk is like a youtuber explaining his game theory to a bunch of people.

@Tekking my theory on Wano layout compared to back in the Void Century is that the were originally at ground level and when they saw the sea level rising. They built the walls to keep out the water and as the sea level rise higher after the aincient weapon was used. They kept on adding to walls till they were high as mountain. However as they explain in WANO ARC, the rain eventually filled up WANO which still caused their country to flood and be where it is now.
So my theory explained why WANO has such high walls cause they could keep building as the waters rise 1 meter at a time.
Their planned to keep original WANO from flooding failed because they never account for where the rain water would go or somebody forced Zunesha to flood WANO after JoyBoy lost the war as it is clear WANO sided with Joy Boy.
I would like to imagine that the 20 kingdoms took arm to take down the ancient kingdom so no one would rule but as it was was going on albasta and lily found out imu's scheme for him to rule
Odens log book could have had some joy boy material, and that could be how Momo knows about it

Its been so long since I've been able to watch your videos since I've been anime only for quite some time, but I finally just managed to catch up to the manga. Glad to be back.
One thing to note, the hole in the ocean in ennies lobbie, is basically a sinkhole for all the ocean, but it doesn't seem to be lowering the ocean level, and its also the island where pirates get judged, maybe that holds more significance now that we know that joyboy was the first pirate. Maybe ennies lobbie is proof that there is something going on the world that keeps the ocean level rising.

I find it amazing how in this same arc just a few months ago people were in awe at how powerful and menacing Saturn was. Then for a while he just kind of became a punching bag, to the point where he was getting overwhelmed by luffy even with Kizarus help. Then he summoned the rest of the Gorosei and he’s just kind of been there ever since. Still somewhat threatening but pretty far from the only thing going on and definitely not the guy to beat.
It’s kind of shocking how for 25 years the Gorosei were presented as a singular unit with unknown capabilities, to the point where people didn’t even think they were fighters. Then for a few months one of them was suddenly spotlighted away from the rest and became the star of the show, only for him to be reabsorbed back into the singular entity of the group as a whole who are finally getting to show what they’re about.
Saturn has zero damage on him, he was never overwhelmed and I don’t understand how he’s “losing”.

My thing is, so I know there's a cast ocean in the world, same in the OP world, but re got a view of enies lobby, it's literally a giant hole where water is flushing down
All the Gorosei having conquerors shouldn't be surprising. They are warrior gods who sit on top of the world. What I do find interesting is how Oda isn't letting Luffy use advanced conquerors against Warcury.
Edit: Also, I believe the Gorosei are some of the Kings who sided with Imu.
Tbh i think Luffy doesn't use it in gear 5 so far, like maybe he hasnt figured out how to overpower the "will of the zoan" and him being bubbly and goofy with it, nerfs his ability to use conqueror's haki.
