Scam School *shhh* I have been. It's pretty amazing.
Hey Brian do you have controlling Cards tutorials on CZcams? The Revision3 link doesn't work ;-)
Scam School, shhhh, but I've seen it. It's awesome.
why are ur hair like porcupines
I’ve been following scam school since middle school
I was doing this trick with my sister and everything was going ok, and when I got to the part where I hit the cards, instead of holding her card, she got scared and dropped them on the table with three cards facing down and her card facing up. That was pure luck but I really looked like a freaking wizard!
This is what Chris Pratt did on Graham Show😉
yep!
No. Chris Pratt did the trick called Burn 'Em. It has the same glide move but he burns cards. He also doesnt make the spectator pick a card, he makes 3 piles and so on
Pineapple Cookie yep but this came out first :D
my thought
@@realpadrino Doesn't matter if you force a card or control their card.
Those 2 Guys look like older versions of Ron and Harry!!

philipp steffens sorta
philipp steffens fuck...I was gonna say the same....
teaching magic to greatest magicians...
This was the first card trick I ever saw, 20 years ago. I remember going home and finding a deck of cards and trying to duplicate this effect. Then I finally learned it, and became the typical 8 year old performing card tricks to everyone I could. Love the nostalgia of this one.
And now you're 32 and doing this trick for your kids 😂
He started the trick and I knew exactly which one it was... and I remembered why it's also one of my favourite card tricks, too ;)
Ok
I've been looking everywhere for this. I've been using this trick ever since I learned it, it's always been my favorite trick, and now I remember where I learned it. Thanks Brian!
you make it so simple to understand
thanks, man.
its cause he has to teach it to drunk guys.
Scam School hey, that's the burn'm trick
Jadyn Vallecorsa c
Jadyn Vallecorsa
one of the 1st tricks I ever learned and it's still one of my favorites. Makes people freak the heck out every time!!
The vibe of this show reminds me of Cash Cab.
Jayquan Phifer funny you should mention that... there was a meeting where high end discovery folks were saying it'd be a good pairing with that show.
+Scam School interested

0:48 Harry potter and Ron Weasely!! :D XD
so the third one is Hermione ?
Thanks for the material for the before portions of my shows. Love the videos
I do this trick all the time!!! Learned it a long time ago. Always gets great reactions- definitely a fan favorite
THANK YOU!!!!!!! My grandpa is card magician and every trick I pulled of he was like: u just did this -,- I finally tricked YEASSS! Thanks xD
Colin Games AWESOME!
Scam School hey I tried this card trick on one of my spectators and I ended up hitting their hand and ruined the cards. LOL
xD
Well what I have is that they dont hold it tieght enough and yea, all cards drop xD
yeah me too just try to make it only three cards and then move just the top two about one centimeter out form the bottom card (or what is there card).
dude this is my favorite card trick. my uncle taught me this when i was younger and when done right, it never ceases to get a great reaction
i like the fact that there is a good learning curve in magic tricks that brian shows.
When I use this method I act super frustrated then complain that I'm "tapped" out of "magic" (sometimes I change the word like mana, chi, karma, quantum energy, or what have you) tell them I'm going to hijack theirs, than put the cards (the corner of the cards) pinched between their thumb and middle index knuckle and have them say "magic" words, than have them hit or slap the cards out of their own hands. This added effect has them thinking they did the magic and you just help guide tham, also your frustration with yourself sells the effect some more. So for the majority of the trick they think you messed up until you put the trick in their hands.
Patrick Perlas nice!
Patrick Perlas My method is more on... (After the "confirmation" that it isn't among the four cards) "Wait, so you're sure it's not here? For real? Hm. Sh*t... okay... let me..." *stares blankly into space, counting imaginary numbers* oh. Oh okay. Improvise then; hold up your hand.
*sets cards*
Yeah, I missed the card count, but I think I can fix that.
*slaps cards*
----------------------------------------
On a side note, I'm trying to make a variation that involves a snap change between two cards as the finale instead of holding four cards together and slapping them. Kiiinda difficult with my current experience. :(
+Jeremiah Catingub wait I'm confused, how would you implement a snap change?
william Cooper Well I've found a way. Pretty unpolished for now, but: after the slap, they see their card is the one in their hand, and I ask them: "What card is missing? You KNOW that card wasn't there before. What is missing?"
Most of the time, they don't remember what the missing card was because they were focused on the context of their own card. So I take their card from them and change it into the missing card, saying: "Was it this one?" If they DO remember what was missing from the last four cards the effect seems more fun though cuz it looks like I materialize the missing card from their original choice.
But it's still pretty crude.
I like how you respond to almost all comments
But not yours lol.
+Spencer Halpin Hahahahaha.
Truly amazing, yet simple! Congrats again!
Wooow!...... Brian Brushwood you are king of magic!
No better god of magic!
You are awesome!!!!
I modified this so that in the end, I tell them to imagine the back design transforming into their card and when you slap the cards out, their card is left face up.
hahahaha
This guy looks like he's trying to impress his sons friends
+Z Taurosa Noted.
**hugs**
+Scam School what if i told u five years from now u wont have that hair cut anymore
+Scam School I can see that lol
@@brad_359 how
@@brad_359 well, that's true..
I love it..... Such a epic show of magician's dilemma......
1. You set up the trick
2. You suck them in and have them wanting you to make them believe.
3. You blow their minds!
4. There's that one person who's only reaction is to ask if they have to be the one to pick up the cards.....
It is then you realize why they don't know the real meaning of life.
this was the first trick i ever saw Brian do and it got me involved in watching scam school videos, i managed to do the trick 1st time and also i have been able to adapt this trick so i can do it to two people at the same time and also merge this trick so i can do this trick to one or two people and finish of with the last person with a card to pocket move...... Brian cheers mate this is the best trick i have ever seen and with my adapt version its the best one in my arsenal.
How do you do it ? ; )
That belt tho…
Love your page!! we work on the same subject:-)Let me know if you want to share ! Best Magical wishes Julien
Did you ever share tricks?
Julien magic is here. Cool.
Scam school, you are so good, you're tricks are so easy to do and get an amazing reaction
I remember when I learned this trick five years ago. Still my favorite one.
WHOS WATCHING THIS IN 2021???
Sooo Bart Simpson is all grown up and is doing scams now?
i have know this trick for a while now but i had forgotten it and you did a great job of explaining
First time I tried this was on my sister, and I accidentally put 4 cards below their card instead of 3. Messed it all up!! second time worked amazingly, though :) Excited to show off at the New Year's Party tomorrow night!
On a side note, I find it helps the wow factor if you set up the trick like Chris Pratt did on the Graham Norton show. He mentioned how the trick only works half of the time. This primes their minds to be blown twice as hard when it does work out!!!
wait a minute, is that kermit?

dang it people. I hate the common misconception that computers just die. unless the computer is like 90 years old, it should work the way it did when you got it if you took care of it. people are too careless and just blame the computer. cool card trick btw and sorry for rantin, im done now.
almost all computers will survive longer than you if you dont screw them up
Ryze its just how CZcams channels make their money man he probably honestly doesn't give two shits about computers or the website he is talking about. But they pay the bills
Kyle Stewart I understand that, but it still annoys me none the less
Ryze
actualy its completly wrong what you said. Modern normal store hardware wont run for 90years if you use it every day, even if you take care of it every single day
Banjo try me
U guys are the best! I've used some of your tricks.
I watch alot of your shows and your making me a good magician
why would i spend 59$ on a cloud when i have googlde drive for free for EVER
Google drive has a limit unless you want to pay money, only 15gb
thumbs down for supporting that type of commercialism on youtube.
Yup
this video was made in 2011, what do you expect.

This is one of the very few card tricks I know and I've been doing it for years, it is that amazing that you can do it over and over on the same person without them ever knowing.
First time I watched this video I decided not to learn it because it looked too complicated with the other moves that I didn't already know. Just watched it again and tried it (without learning those moves yet)--it's so easy but looks tricky enough to confuse and impress everyone. Just gotta get the shuffling and moves down smoother so it flows well like when Brian does it. Thanks!
This is by far the best trick i have learned from scam school and it confuses everyone i try it on. Even when they think they know where their card is but don't see it than appears in their hand they are simply amazed. Thanks for the trick
Richard Dollmeyer right on!
THIS IS AMAZING! Oh damn, I feel so excited about showing this trick to my friends :D
I saw you on pen and teller fool us on Friday the 14 you were awesome
I like your working the ad-sponsors into the video
This can blow anybody's mind.Crazy stuff Brian (and crazy hair) :)
Hey I was using this trick on my friends at school today! Haha didn't learn it from scam school but still nice!
Thanks alot Scamschool. I was watching Chris Pratt do this trick in the Graham Norton Show. What still puzzles me is when Chris gave the deck of cards to Will. But I think he rearranged the deck when he got the cards back from Will. Now won't be too impressed when I rewatch Chris do the trick again which is kinda sad.
this is the first trick i ever learned too. it's Astounding Appearance in Bob Longe's "World's Best Card Tricks"
Thanks, Scam School! I have performed this trick over and over the last couple of days, infuriating everybody I pulled it on. They all go from "oh, I know this one" to "no really. are you messing up? nope it's not one of those 4 cards..." then, after the slapping: "NO! NO! WHAT! I HATE YOU! WHAT!" I got stomach craps from laughing :D :D
Lol was the second card trick I learnt too. Bit different in the first half but same fpuur cards to your card in your hand, slap and the bottom card sticks. Great vid 👍
this trick had all my friends fooled, this is a fun trick, and the BEST part is it does not need any prep, Awesome!! :-)
Man, I have been doing this trick for a few years and it amazes people everytime ... and now the secret is out!! :)
A variation of this trick was my first one and what got me into magic
very good trick, thanks man
The first card trick (and only card trick I could perform for 10 years) was a simpler variation of this, where I showed them their card was being put 4th from the bottom, and when I showed them for verification both times, I just did a "ok, one card down, one card to the top of the deck" routine with the pinky slide twice.
you do it great....i easy to understand
great video you need to have a show of your own you just have a huge talent
+shalom shalom thanks!
Well played sir, well played.
His belt and his hair ... my entire introvoted childhood has this burnt in my brain ... anyone else got rabdomly nostalgic
Thanks a lot dude I just watched like a lot of tricks and all of them worked!!!!
So thanks for that
I learned this as my 2nd card trick too, i really enjoy freaking people out with it! :)
This is my all time favourite card trick. Many time I like to entertain .
Thanks dude.. I learned new card tricks :) Keep it up dude ^_^
Hello Brain Brushwood love the show same with a few of my friends and I also have used many of these tricks you guys show and I have fooled my friends and teaches at school and just wanted to say a awesome card trick you guys could show is within the heart but do know you will only be able to show it once or twice if you are lucky though you can make it four because it is a preset up card trick just thought you would like to know again love the show and thxs for all the scams later Brain.
I like how Brian says "card to be controlled". It's subtle and funny.
My eyes go to the hair. But my heart is stuck on that belt buckle.
I remember learning this one years ago I loved it hahs
I took part in my schools talent show about 4-5years ago and I used this trick, the audience loved it :)
Dude you are the BEST
Excellent.
Great card trick. I've done it and it stumps them every time.
Great content
That was a great trick!
I added this to my favorites :3
oh brian what a dark time
Awesome magic ☺☺☺
scam school is the best. that trick is my favorite trick too. i have left my whole family riddle. I LOVE SCAM SCHOOL
Oooh Pratt's card trick. Nice
Truly a great trick!
This trick is so awesome
Love this guy
I learned this trick a couple of years ago, although I do it that you take the first card, put it on the table. Then take the next to bottom card and put it on top. Then pull the glide with the next card, and put the one you show to the audience on top, then continue as originally planned with the next two cards, putting one down and the next on top. Then when you show the four, you don't have to worry about switching the cards at the end. I believe my first video shows it off (bad quality tho)
LOVE IT!!!
AWESOME!!!
thanks for the trick I aprpriciate it👍👍👍
i love this trick everybody is so amazed by it and its so simple
My dad did this to me when I was young! It hooked me on magic
my new best card trick thx for the tutorial
This is awesome, though there were a couple places when Brian was first doing the trick that I went back to, so I could see how to do a couple of things smoothly and discreetly (like moving the 3 cards to the bottom). Unfortunately, these places had all happened exactly when the camera cut to another angle and the moment was lost :(
Love this trick 🙀
its pretty cool dude :)) nice work :))
awesome thanks !
haha lol this was actually my first card trick I ever learned. I remember showing friends even my teacher and they would get annoyed with the first part of the trick.
thanks man!!!
I learned this trick in 1985, I have been doing it ever since, can't believe how many people have never seen this trick.
this is the trick that got me into magic!!
i love this one
Good question!
Hey Brian my name is Brandon. I actually can do that trick but a different way. But I do a little card magic myself. Also all your vidz are pretty cool.
Cool trick
