Huh. I grew up in Puerto Rico and we had a mountain area that had wild chickens, but they were escaped domesticated ones that found abundant food in the wild and are now feral. I always wondered. One reason for chickens in the islands was roach control. They go nuts over them. In tropical areas with rich decaying forests where roaches thrive that's a good thing

Stupidest question ever , Where do chickens come from ? The other side of the road .... everyone knows that , and why do they cross ? to get to the grocery store , GOD ! some people .....
