Phil you always seem to raise the bar with your choreography. Your students are a true reflection of the time and hard work you put into them. One thing I love more than anything is your willingness to show that you don't need to be a specific cut, weight, height, size, color or creed of human to follow the steps but with enough belief in themselves the personality of each student will shimmer as bright as the smile on their faces.
