Vegeta ssj4 actually has some of the craziest Strike/Ki blast stats I’ve ever seen, base attacks may not be good, but those DEFINITELY make up for it.

He is criminally underused.
I use Vegeta 4 a hell of a lot, used to be my favorite character for a while before I picked up God Goku, but once he got his custom I started using Vegeta again and I think him getting Trunks' moves is a neat touch, same with Goku getting Bardock's. He also gets Super God Fist I feel doesn't get brought up enough because he and Hit are the only 2 customs that get it while not being either Goku or a fusion. Yeah him being slow makes it kinda crappy but it's still sick.
Custom Trunks also gets God Fist but yeah, it can be a pretty handy tool for Vegeta 4 as well.

Yo chin, so with the new super saiyan 3 buff, I was wondering if you could make a full strike build with super saiyan three, I use this build and it’s pretty good
The moves: Rough Ranger, Super God Fist, Soaring Fist, Burst charge
Ultimates: Instant Severance, Timeskip Molotov/ Spirit sword
Evasive: Instant rise. It is a super good build.

I feel bad for ya in the final fight. I feel pain. But did you know that Wild Hunt is a Block Use like Evil Whirlwind & All Clear. It's technically his best Super because of that. So change Burning Ataack(Trunks move) to Wild Hunt & see how that goes.

I use him time to time, but save users really annoy me cuz they only use characters like this when they mod their stats. I played one with a Bardock style health type the other day

He's capable of being a menace, he's just unfortunately the worst custom Vegeta imo.
-Base Vegeta is a much better PvE custom since his Super Vegeta boosts alongside more specialized stats (like Ki type A and Blast type A) allow him to outdamage SSJ4 Vegeta by a wide margin, Base Vegeta gets a ST/XY to help reduce ki usage when needing to stay safe with basic attack pressure, he's a better Final Shine Attack user (again, refer to his PvE strengths) and also gets Super Ki Explosion, Base Vegeta has quicker combo setups into breakless ults (TSS/YXX > Final Flash/Super Galick Gun), etc.
-God Vegeta can do more damage in a single basic attack than SSJ4 can do with some of his own blasts, he's got quicker combos into ults without needing to stamina break (STT/XYY > Final Flash/Super Galick Gun), he gets Super Ki Explosion, he gets the extra Trunks skills as well (no God Fist tho), and he also gets Tech B which is a busted ass stat
SSJ4 Vegeta doesn't really offer anything unique over the other two outside of aesthetic, but since he at least gets a custom that already makes him better than a good chunk of characters so things are still pretty ok for him.
I definitely want to get better with SSJ ,4 Vegeta better got any tips for like his combos or anything?
The best thing you can do is avoid most of his starting light combo. The rapid punch and kick buttons don't really do him any favors. If you start a combo with a light attack, immediately do LHH or something like LHLHLH as that's his flying gut kick combo. His HLHL combo can setup some moves like Focus Flash, but I wouldn't trust it for any ult besides Full Power Energy Volley maybe.
I've also got a vid where I use custom SSJ4 Vegeta on PQ122 with no heals or limit burst so if you wanna see what the character looks like when he's allowed to cook, feel free to check it out.
