How do you get your buttercream so white? Here in Northern Ireland our butter is naturally very yellow so always ends up a dark cream colour

When you put the buttercream on the parchment paper the you directly place on the cake? Or you put it in the fridge first?????
you place the parchment paper onto to the cake then place it in the freezer for 15 minutes and then remove the paper :)
When you put butter cream in the fridge doesn't it sweat? Cause mine does and it ruins my decoration

I found that ambc that is all shortening doesn’t work with this method because it will not freeze enough to release from the acetate, my pattern was soooooo awesome looking too, lol but I think you must have butter in your icing recipe so that it sets up very firm and will release as well
