    Muy hermoso, ojalá pudiera poner subtítulos en español, unas preguntas, es papel encerado el que ocupa? Y después de ponerle el buttercream lo mete al refrigerador para después ponerlo al pastel? Funciona esta técnica con merengue o crema para batir marca Chantilly? Ojalá pueda responder, gracias de antemano

    How do you get your buttercream so white? Here in Northern Ireland our butter is naturally very yellow so always ends up a dark cream colour

    Thank you for blessing us with your incredible talent! Pls reply my question. Would the buttercream not sweat when its out of the freezer at room temperature? I tried this technique weeks back and my cake was all sweaty and messy before getting to my client. Sending love all the way from Nigeria

    When you put the buttercream on the parchment paper the you directly place on the cake? Or you put it in the fridge first?????

      you place the parchment paper onto to the cake then place it in the freezer for 15 minutes and then remove the paper :)

    I found that ambc that is all shortening doesn’t work with this method because it will not freeze enough to release from the acetate, my pattern was soooooo awesome looking too, lol but I think you must have butter in your icing recipe so that it sets up very firm and will release as well
