Pepper popped out of the tent decked out in his rain gear!! That was priceless!!
Haha, thanks!! I thought it was raining when I woke up so I prepared him for rain but to my surprise it was snowing, which was even better!!
This might come by no surprise but you have quite the vision when it comes to editing. The way you tell a story with your videos is why I love watching.
That means a lot to me!! I do take effort to make it pleasant to watch. Thank you very much! 🙏
Such a professional camper! Seems so relaxing and a stress reliever and that's what I need ASAP.
Hurry and come on over and we'll go! I got this new tent which is bigger than my studio apartment. LoL
@Chasing Adventures lol...can I sit with Pepper and watch you do all the work?
@@Jonx337 you can direct and film me. 😆 🤣
Each time I thought it was finished and then you pulled out ANOTHER cool piece of gear 🤣 great video
LOL!! Gotta keep you entertained and curious! ~ thank you, Greg!
I love camping in the rain too. Love your camp set up.
Thank you! I appreciate it 🙏
Best episode so far.☺
Thanks Robin!! Much appreciated it. 🙏
This is the first video I saw you eat a hunk of meat! Instead of broth and noodles. Good to see you eat real food😊
haha, I like to mix it up from time to time~
Outback Wilderness in its natural habitat 🤙 such a peaceful video!
Thank you~~ 😊
I really enjoy your videos. The sounds of nature are so very relaxing.
I’m curious how you store everything at home. Also, how do you decide what to take with you each trip. You’ve absolutely convinced me about the camping oven set up. Everything you make looks incredible, easy to do, and delicious!
Thank you!! we really appreciate you joining us on our camping adventures. I have most of my gears stored tightly in the garage and some I use at home. and depending on the tent, and the food I am preparing, I try to imagine it first and bring the appropriate gear. been doing it for so long, it just comes to my head. LOL
Love your ride
Thanks! I appreciate that. 🙏
Thanks , pleasure 🧘♂️💯
Thank you and glad you enjoyed it 😃
My kinda vibe right there.
Thank you 😊
Great tent and cool camp. However, please use a bigger font for CC. Thanks in advance.
Thank you and will consider your input. may I suggest turning on youtube CC. its the same thing but bigger fonts.
Great video! I need to find some unsettled forest land around here...
Thank you very much for joining our camping adventure~
Great video
Thank you!
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
🙏🙏🙏🙌
Great video again. Might have to check that tent out……
Thank you, and if you are interested in the tent, check my description for the discount code!
Your dog is super cute ........too bad his tail is docked.
Thank you and I rescued him like that.
@@ChasingAdventuresCO Well thank you sir a rescue dog loves you just a little more I think.
Hello from New York State! Where did you purchase the slate board you use to eat from when your done cooking ? I’ve noticed it in a few of your videos and never seem to see it listed with all of your listed camping gear. Thank you!
Hi Kimberly ~ I purchased the slate from Daiso, so it was not on the list. If you have Daiso near you, check them out.
@@ChasingAdventuresCO thank you !
Very nice video! What gas tank are you using thats shown in the leather sleeving @16:02? I've never seen one that tall and it looks super convienient.
Thank you very much for joining our camping adventure~ and its a 1 pound propane tank with a DIY leather cover.
Nice camping. Do you think the protection from the rain is good enough with awning only / without a tarp? Will the rain drop in the tent? Also will the rain drop in the tent if you keep the side windows open for ventilation? Thanks
Thanks and yes, awning does protech the rain unless it's windy. And I did find rain leaking through but thats becasue I didn't weather the thet. You can see me weathering the same tent here czcams.com/video/j7v_eqhLZy8/video.htmlsi=6F7mUo9DKvgpYyA_ and should answer most of your questions .
Hey Hey.. Another great video! Question... if you don't mind ... your RTIC... Is that the "30 can" version? And... what makes you decide to get the soft instead of the hard ones? Coz coming purely from a price pov, once you start getting the bigger soft ones, the price is quickly approaching those of the hard cooler. Just curious. Thanks in advance!
Hi Joe, Thanks!! And I don't mind at all! I have the 40 can, and I had my mind set of getting the 45qt hard case rtic cooler, but (which only holds 36can) one of the subie group members had one, and it was very heavy!!! And too big for the capacity. Sure, the ice will outlast the soft coolers, but I only need it for a few days. So mainly because of the size and weight! Also price. I think I got it on black Friday sale for 100.00, which was no Brainer. I am very happy with my soft cooler so far!!
@@ChasingAdventuresCO Hi Brian, a quick follow up. And damn bro, $100??? What a deal. You're right.. absolute no brainer!! As the trips I'm planning are somewhat like yours, namely solo and only for the weekend, I think the soft RTIC should work great. In fact, do you find the 40 can version maybe even a little big? About how much ice do you put in to keep everything chilled for the weekend? Your latest trips are still in pretty cold weather so I suppose keeping foods in low temps isn't as great an issue. But comes summer time, do you foresee using a different setup? That, and when the wife comes along, will a bigger unit be required? I know I know... so many questions... 😀. Have a wonderful week!!
@joe szeto lol that's too much questions!! Jk 😜 I got the 40 can because it's future proof and has more than enough space for one person. And I am also using 2 of those large size rtic ice pack along with little bit of ice and the ice barely melts for now but even in summer, I don't see any issues for few days. And if I do need more space, (now that we have a daughter), I do have one of those igloo 60qt icebox on wheels so it should be fine. But do keep in mind, I only do one nighter. If I am staying for weekend, it would work just fine with 40 can. 30 might be slightly tight. Plus, you want some room in the box to stay cool longer. 😎 buy it once so you don't need a second one.
@@ChasingAdventuresCO Thanks for being patient with me.. and your invaluable input!!
@@joeszeto8859 anytime Joe!! Anytime 😊
holy how many stoves you need
more the merrier~
@@ChasingAdventuresCO you said you dont carry the coleman cot due to its weight but yet you bring 3 stoves with you but the more the marrier realy that makes alot of sence dont you think one stove is good enuff to do everything you just did in the video lmfao it not like your stoves run on difrent fule types witch would make sence to bring a stove that uses another fule sorce rather then carry 3 stoves that use the same fule with the amout of gear you bring for one night you think you would be fine with one dont for get the cot was to weighty to carry lol in your suv
@@stevelevesque676 I had to rewatch my video to see how many stoves I brought. LOL it was a while ago. well, I only see two. one for the tent and one for the outside. is that a problem for you? Think of it as having a BBQ grill in the backyard. It's the same concept but that doesn't seem to go with you. Anyway, I brought two because the BBQ griddle is too big for the smaller tent stove and the bigger stove is too big to be used in the tent. you also mentioned the cot, but how are you going to compare the weight of a cot vs two small stoves? those two combined don't even weigh more than 2 lbs.. and they don't take up a lot of space. anyways, I appreciate you enjoying my videos and your feedback! have a good night.
@ChasingAdventuresCO i never said I enjoy your videos lmfao but okay I'm not going to explain how your logic makes no sense do what ever you want
