Thank you Greg for doing a great demo on an OG (Old Gibson). I bought an EB 2, es 335 style with the center block and still love it. It’s a boat anchor weight wise but the Gibson sidewinder pickup parked next to the neck had the low end like nothing else. I bought it way back in 1970 when old Gibsons cost LESS than a new one. Lucky me lol. THANK YOU Greg for your awesome demos!

I kinda realized I had played that on other demos,so …
Crossroads is a blues song written and recorded by American
blues artist Robert Johnson in 1936. Johnson performed it as a solo piece with
his vocal and acoustic slide guitar in the Delta blues-style. The song has
become part of the Robert Johnson mythology as referring to the place where he
supposedly sold his soul to the Devil in exchange for his musical talents.
Considering we are the same vintage…..and the number of parties that bass has attended, it’s in much better shape than me right now.

Very cool underrated bass sits in the shadow of fender, a wilder gr8 tone being an sg fan, an early classic cooler than a precision. Pro job from Greg...He once replied 2 me v. cool. ~ much respect2 Greg. Thanx 2 Lemmo aswell 4 today's fix of gotd. A bassmade 4 the Cream.theCatmediatherapy.
I used that bass in the middle 60's. This one might have been mine...who knows...

Sold mine in '79 for 80 bucks to buy my 1st girlfriend christmas presents. She dumped ne next summer. Selling it was one of the stupidest things Ive ever done!☹
