Had a couple of these on sidewalk of a building. Had to order a 5 sided socket to fit cover screws. I believe that they make box & covers suitable for 3 different weights. Can not remember the company that used to advertise this product in EC&M magazine.
Good video. Sad to hear about that girl. You should look into (if you haven't already) how Kansas employs building and electrical codes. There is a reason they have no license reciprocity with other states. I live near enough in Nebraska that we deal with folks coming over the border and working illegally up here and we get calls to come and fix stuff that is just crazy. Edit: I mention that because your story reinforces how important it is to *consistently* build safe equipment.
