Dude I just wanted to say how much I enjoy watching. You seem to put a lot of effort into your work and you seem like a decent young dude
Your videos never disappoint... your welding is getting better and better
I love seeing someone else who isn't afraid of a little hard work....check out my 100 horsepower buggy I just finished....keep up the awesome work
3:36 send that to o0dly satisfying video xD
Bumper look sick..👍👍👏
Your a heck of a fabricator for a young guy. I can't wait to see your much future builds. I can sure see you building full size V8 rock racers. Keep up the good work kid. I started young like yourself building minibikes ended up going to tech school for auto body. Worked at shops building muscle cars, now a regular collision body shop. 42 and still doing it. I have a 2018 Hammerhead GTS Platnum 150 now that I'm getting ready to put a engine from a 2004 Artic Cat DVX 400 ATV. I had to go with a wouldn't so I wouldn't lose reverse plus shifter🏁🏁🏁
Bumper looks killer, nice job!
Looks so sick great work bud. BUGGY is looking so sweet.
....A well thought out piece of engineering......
Supporter from Philippines. I admire your genius works. 😁
🇵🇭🤟🏽
Looks sweet.Very 'A'-symmetrical too.(some will get)
Man, I'll wait a month of Sundays to watch you create your awesome machines! Peace.
Nothing great was ever easy.. or something like that🤣 really sick build now bro taking it above and beyond.
Love the bumper man!👍
A winch would be cool to see!
Bumper looks great. Cant wait to see what you come up with in the front.
Bumper is dope!!🔥🔥🔥
The old bumper looked bent anyways. Great fab work bro 👊
Banging content as always and can never wait for your uploads 👊
Love the bumper. It kind of matches the style of the rest of the frame.
You are such a friendly youtuber😀
Looks good man. Cant wait to see the next video!
You are getting better and better with every build!!! I love what you are doin keep it up
Good job youth, big up from jamaica..gone duh i ting.meaning keep doing ur best work..watch u videos all the time and sup.to ur channel..👍👍👍👏👏👏👏
I was wondering if you we're making a safety bumper. Good job bud!!!
Take the rounded triangle off & put it on the bottom, or just add another so that it extends up & out at about a 45° to deflect, trees, bushes, rocks, houses...😜
Similar to a rock crawler...good job kid, it's going to be something to be proud of for a while to come.. Not to mention your lil sister is going to grow out of the truck you built her & kick you out of the buggy... LoL 🤣😂😜👍
great job 👍☮
For a welder you've got skills 10 out of 10
Appreciate that. Still got lots to learn!
Once you finish all the mechanical upgrades I think you should build Metal cavers like above the s suspension around the doors and over the motor like big name brand companies
really nice looking welds.
Good to see you wearing PPE
Looks good. But maybe consider redoing the bottom bracket to be horizontal (in relations to the ground) instead. You see car bumper support bolts to the car's chassis horizontally, so when a crash happens, the bumper (and the chassis) takes the force, rather than the bolts.
You removed the battle scars from the machine. If a bumper does anything useful in its life, it’s to allow some give on impact. That is what can make the difference between one or two legs, or a vertebrae. You have the potential to go a long way, best wishes on your journey.
Yessir
Great job,as always.
I believe the bumper will do the job your wanting it to do. I want to see what your going to do on the A arm. I have a 2005 Hammerhead Twister kart and it's built different from what you have also. Keep the video's coming. Great job. I'll be watching for you and Mustie1 and RatherBwelding Sunday mornings.
This build is AWSOME!!!!!!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩🤪🤪😍😍
Thx
just bought the same shop press a few weeks ago. did some mods to mine. Added some casters first thing.
Great job 👍
That looks sick I think you should keep it just the way you have it make those weld solid and feel confident that it looks good with them pieces on there
Goes from broken leg to dead lifting the Chinese buggy. IMPRESSIVE!!
The bumper looks perfect 👌
Man I love your builds vasily, and the buggy is turning out awesome btw
Also the edits are always fire🔥🔥
Early birthday present for me!
Love the bumper brother..keep doin what your doing!
Looks good man. Maybe put a winch behind your new bumper?
looks really cool.
You should contact Cleetus at the freedom factory and see if you can drive the shifter kart on his race track
Hopefully one day he will contact me 😁
Right on man!! Lookn badass
awesome, can't wait to see that front suspension
Nice work 👍 it’s always way better when you mod it yourself, you have complete control of the end product! Looks great 👍 ps I have a question for you, do you work with pipe or tubing on your builds?
Most likely tubing
Thanks Mike! Back then I did pipe. Now I've switched to tubing. Although sometimes I jump back and forth. But 98% tubing now
Looks good man!! Keep it up!!
Very nice build but i think you should add extra parts to left and right side for protecting shocks and steering parts btw i really like the design
Edit: i get it, steering angle wouldn't allow extra parts
I'd say flip bumper over and have the big V up front. Update... Finished product does look awesome
You’ll enjoy that press even more if you swap that manual bottle jack out for a pneumatic one. Leave the manual labor for finer control.
Nice job bro I like the way you made the bumper.
Great vid brother! You could alway square up the front end and make the A arms easier to mount. But whatever you do will be awesome 😎
YA Boy loving the content
Stinger needs to be put on the lower bar of the bumper and braced off the top to push trees and rocks down and under the front end
i really wich you all the best
You got a lot of trust in that thin china tubing on those buggies. I ended up just keeping the one I had 150 and building a new frame when I was gonna engine swap. I'm only going with a 400cc engine and I didn't trust it.
Its set up for speeds up to 30-40mph. If it goes past that I'm gonna triangulate the crap out of it
Sick buggy. Should put a motorcycle engine with a manual transmission tho
You want a bumper where if you hit something itll go over the object. Instead of hitting it straight on. Itll save the chassis from a lot of stress
Hello my friend
Duration full
Ok wait!
Amazing work love the vids
Brilliant work! Keep it up! Would you like to be CZcams friends? :)
So good!
And for saftey.put a plastic glass on the front and cover up the body of that cart..things can fly and hit u in the face r on the body..have to thing abt ur saftey..
You could extend bumper to protect a arms.
It would look cool if you put a small winch in the lower part of your bumper
0:43 If that big grinder would have bound up for whatever reason, it would have shot straight down into your thigh. There's a lot of stuff in there you don't want to cut, even potentially lethal. PLEASE be careful, grinder safety is no joke.
Keep all of your small off cuts of different width and length round ,square etc... tube ,pipe and bar stock and any flat plate steel I have a box of that next time my press and you will find all sorts of ways to use them
Good job bro
Can’t wait for the turbo
I really like the original style bumper much better. The exhaust needs to come out the middle in the back and point up like the old rails and vw.
Looks good man, keep it up!
I love it!
The bumper looks good. Leave the hoop
need to add a winch to that Bumber
You need side to your bumper to protect your steering links
Love the videos, when is the 250cc go-kart coming back? :)
Just waiting for the perfect opportunity. If the majority wants to see it return I'm always happy to make more videos with it
I would love to see it running at full capacity
That bumper will get 5 stars at crash test.
I'd probably been humorous and made it leg shaped, but good work!
LOL!
Hello, I like your videos. Please tell me, do you use the Makita GA 9050 angle grinder?
Let's talk, my friend, I really like your channel
Awesome
so cool
how you do for learn all those thing's bro? awesome, can you help me with my buggy proyect ?
Very nice build. Like it a lot. However, not a fan of the looped pipe sticking up on the front bumper. Too much goin on there. 😎
That's rad!
Small tree's, bushes, house walls.... xD Speaking of house walls, how is your leg doing man?
Ever look to see what a j arm looks like on a buggies, I think it would work well for you.
Loving the content! Keep it up my guy!
front winch for sure
Love the content man , keep it up
I love this series, I was going to do similar mods to my Chinese buggy but then it got stolen:(
Hugie Boi that sucks
Good afternoon, I changed the crankshaft to a 6.5 hp engine,
Now you need a winch for the front
can you make a video talking about your life? i know your russian, but i would like to know more.
He's russo-american
Im more American than anything. That would be something for a 2nd channel
Awesome I want to build my buggy
Where did you bought that buggy??
