Ikr cd4cs Aim assist is stupidly op and dumb. It's very annoying at times too and they need to nerd it or add the feature to another stand and remove it for c4dc.

This is how Gym teachers expect you to run from a 2 minute jogging exercise
Even more reasons these stands are broken:
STW- Regen, 2 Projectiles, Teleport + Dash, and combos.
TWOH- SPOH + Projectiles, also no wind-up on barrage.
GE(R)- Also has a beatdown, reflection counter, and spammable stand-jumps.
MiH- Damage increases during TA, also hitboxes are very long-lasting, allowing for much easier combo-starting, which can lead to 100+ damage nearly garunteed.
CD4C- Increased walkspeed, Regen, 2 invincibility moves, a teleport, 2 strong punches for easy combos, and clones with fucking guns.
(Who the fuck balanced this stand?)
The only real counter to cd4c that is reliable is tusk, which does make sense, remember despite tusk being nerfed, it still serves the purpose of "fuck cd4c".
Except during 1v1s you usually can't ger up, use ts, or use ta. They also removed all beatdowns for all stands until they can be balanced. Finally, they removed CD4C's t-move that makes it invibcible, making it only have 1 invincibility move. When was the last time you played ABD??
po t CD4C can just block all the samurai attack and use LT when it’s available, they only spam bullets when samurai gets close making Samurai definitely not a very good stand against CD4C.
so basically you have to take CD4C down quick or it will just spam that broken gun move killing you ,so I suggest using a 10 second time stop stand to kill CD4C in a surprise attack or it will activate LT because there’s no other way around it.
Plus fast moving ability won’t do any good against CD4C since the broken pistol hits them anyways

C-moon could be a cheaper alternative for stw and mih because it's very fast and has great damage and the counter can lead in to combos that can insta kill targets but health is kinda low and no projectiles which is fine because C-moon has 4 great movent abilitys but is also bad when your low health and have to risk getting hit but f's high knock is helpful so you don't hit at close range so over all C-moon is very good in every way
I think za hando should atleast be in the honourable mentions if nit in the actual list

I can kind of agree but it is super slow and has low durability but you can good combos and does lots of damage.

I personally agree with twoh's placement. It's strong and all, but it's not only super predictable, but it's kinda slow and the barrage doesn't stun so you can dodge it easily if you're careful enough. Its passive also shortens its ts when it loses health and its self heal has a long cooldown. Now I'm not saying it's bad, it's still very good. It's just not as broken as people think it is. I don't think it needs a real buff or anything, but I feel like it should get its passive removed
If the cooldowns for R/TWOH got decreased it would be so broken

i recommend adding samurai due to the E move being a stupidly overpowered follow up move if comboed with T before using E and F after
would replace TWOH with stone free or sticky fingers, stf can chain ragdolls till oblivion and there's nothing you can do about it aside from run away. oh, and stf also has a heal. sf also works cause of the Z to F to R to T to E combo, which is insanely good as well.
samurai would be sharing no. 2 with mih or no. 3 with ge cause of how fast they can end the opponent. if you can predict where they go well enough / you do r to f, you can get some easy damage in. paired with how hard it is to hit him, CD4C is the only ability which can counter sam effectively
soft and wet with his bubble trap and friction steal and spammable bubbles and does almost as much as an over heaven as his bubbles do damage as well

I agree with the d4c LT part since when my foe with that stand was not blocking i combo'ed him with stw but i only took some of his hp even tho i landed all my attacks

Oh and i founded a form to farm bosses with cd4c:spam B and Y bcuz bullets bypass walls and do INSANE damage (the problem with dio brando its when the big vampire minion spawn)
And i have seen with CD4C is that the bullets can attack a KC when they use Epitaph. Which is cancer.

1.stw(really hard to use but if u good at it u will be good at fighting , skill tensive )

Hey tiny I just watch you using stw so I trying to make a combo like you did and it really work its very op example: space + v + e + z + e ,
B + z + e i use this against tusk act 4 , kars , retro the world and other much more except cd4c because the autoaim gun
I agree with you that these stands are broken, but on most fight they make rules like no ts, no ta, no lt, and that rules make the stand very less broken and some stands become unplayable with that rules
The bullets from the clones from CD4C can hit multiple times as well, and the clones don’t even need direct line of sight like SHA to snipe you
i feel like c moon should replace stw cos c moon is op if u know little things abt it like you can counter timestop (you have to counter before they stop time) and insta kill them, you can counter while being stunned, you can hit your r while they are stunned by the counter, your r does way too much dmg, if you use z,c,v then h you can minimize the time that they can hit you in the windup, and you can escape combos by pressing r, c, or b

#5 hierophant meme. This is because of just spamming v and f and t and they hide so much
#4 h/reaper. It deserves a rebuff cause ever since the nerf trying to trade and fight has been so hard.
#3 h/stwr. You have to be very sweaty to win with this, and it just sucks to use. Its mostly for trading but they only accept if its rarer then stwr. Its like, whenever you try something like reaper, which is what i believe more rare the stwr they always say "i WoRkEd So HaRd On ThIs" which is a thing i dont like about stwr mains.
#2 diegos/ the world high voltage. The reason its on this part of the list is because of the horse, knife ts, and triple muda. The horse is so fast but its not that durable. A single hit and its dead. The knife ts is so strong it could probably kill reaper. And the triple muda is so strong cus its full power. And thats why d/twhv is here on the list.
#1 dj noob. Its very rare that you encounter a dj noob, but when you do, they're very nice and dont 1v1 that much.

i think for CD4C he need to add a zone and when you are in this zone the CD4C use y they hit you but if you are outside he need to shoot manualy. this my suggestion because too many player just spam gun and you can't dodge it.
Honestly TWoh is 3 for me because I use it without ts and it’s not necessary you still melt stands if you time your barrage well and god forbid you hit a v,h,e,r combo

Tusk 2 act has higher aim dm, longer range, less cooldown ( on T auto-aim) however doesn't benefit of passive regen ( just tea) and average walkspeed for a thing that is less rare & inferior in manga. I mean 2x 10% + 10k and rabbit: 2% + 10%
E , R , H are based on knock back rather than dmg, short range
I am ok with clones: bad aim in close comba for amazinv damage seems a fair.

LT got a nerf too, no longer reflects dmg for to enemy.

CD4C needs a hotfix , i think it should not be auto aim , but being able to shoot while blocking would be fine and it shoots where u are facing (camera not character) but shoots straight not aimable
My stand inventory is Steel ball run stands. I'm using Cd4c at the moment but I have Ta4 and Ntwau stored

i think you should use T instead of Q for stw, bc stw Q take 6 secs to cd, it suck, everytime you knockback the enemy, just use T to blast out instead of Q, just use Q when the target its low and far away, that time use T and Q

Honestly I would put spin here because it has the best jump in the game, a really powerful counter and golden rotation is pretty much spammable. Plus since no one uses spin no one knows how to counter it.
Magicians red has insanely good damage if ya just use t and then use a good portion of the barrage is game over
