I actually wish people would stop requesting I Got a Boy. I get that is their most unique and popular song but I would love to see more reactions to either their Japanese discography or go back to doing stuff like Genie, MrMr, Mr. Taxi...you know the songs people actually don't remember GG doing. I think that Uhm Jung Hwa fills out the role of Madonna in Kpop , BoA is the Britney, and GG is like the Spice Girls of kpop. It’s hard to find an equivalent for GG, their path seems to be unique especially with some of the members still being active singers.
@@lazyvee5210 I've never been a particular fan of the Spice Girls musically but i've listened to most of their songs and I have respect for people who love Spice Girls. But GG is like next level, definitely a league on its own. I think the worst is like people who only know Gee and are like 'yeah I don't like SNSD they're overrated' but like ??? they are still known for gee/genie/itnw cutesy girly concepts... If I was to recommend SNSD music to a new fan I'd point them directly to their Japanese discography and to some of the korean singles. Snsd had one of the best Japanese discographies for a Kpop girl group. It did them justice better than their Kpop albums ever did and i believe they would've been first already if spotify had their entire discography..

She has stuff in Korean, Japanese, and English.
"ID, Peace B", "Still my No. 1", "Eat you Up", "Only One" (dance version), "Kiss My Lips". "Atlantis Princess". There's also a live segment that you HAVE to see, even if you don't do a reaction to it. The set was "Bad Drive", "My Style", and "Sweet Impact". Also another live version to check is "The Game".
There's really just way too much to list here. But she's THE living legend and opened so many doors for those who are performing now that it's no joke.

Girls' Generation. SNSD. Sonyoshidae, Sohi, TaeTiSeo (TTS), Oh! GG. Those are their names and subunits. Taeyeon and Tiffany Young are the predominate soloists from the group right now. Yoona, Sooyoung, Seohyun (Juhyun), and Yuri are the man ones acting (they also have some solo stuff out). Sunny has done some OSTs and is a variety show queen. Hyoyeon is DJ Hyo and is killin it there. Jessica used to be a member and has done some solo stuff as well, but is mostly known in the fashion industry now.
These ladies are THE KPop girl group. They are what everyone else out there is aspiring to be. Some vids to check out for your throwback "Into the New World", "Gee", "I got a boy" (there's a live version of this where the crowd is so loud, you can't even hear them with the sound system... and it wasn't even at one of their concerts). "Catch me If You Can", "You Think" (you'll love this one). TTS (subunit) "Twinkle", "Holler".
They've been around for over a decade and came out when KPop basically hated girl groups (look up SNSD black ocean). So stuff is easy to find on them.
