Hey Brian. Could you recommend an outfitter in Montana or Idaho for a drop camp bear hunt in the spring?
Option Archery makes an oval peep specifically for the 8S oval sight. Game changer
We have tried the oval peep, but it is too big and we aren't as accurate with it. We like the circular peep with the oval sight more.
I live the canyon pounder. Trying the dark owl scope on the hha max now
Easy solution use the UV sight base with another manufacturers scope.

Right now we have been shooting bare bow. We will add our quivers and stabilizers if needed as we get closer to hunting season.
At what point do you upgrade your bow? I shoot a beginner Bear bow now and I think itâs time to upgrade.
I always say shoot what you can afford and what you have confidence in. The new technology on the bows are very nice. They can improve your shooting performance and your confidence quickly. The new bows are pretty forgiving, will increase your arrow speed and have a smooth draw cycle.
How do you like the Prime bows compared to the other bows you have used? Thanks
We really like them. They shoot very well and are forgiving in the hand. The draw cycle is smooth and an 80lb bow doesn't feel like 80lbs. The one downside to the center grip is you will lose some yardage vs the other bows. You can still get plenty of yardage for hunting, but may not be able to get 100 plus for TAC and other events that require long distance shooting. Almost all the bows today are good and fairly comparable to each other.
