In the last example, why not opening a position in the first propulsion block? The mean threshold was disrespected after the entry point. Am i right? What you do in these cases?

Thanks for the vids and i have a question, is PB always in the middle of other order blocks? sometimes i see 2 order blocks inside one another and price moving faster jsut like PB.
