    Bukayo Saka is really good at protecting the ball too. Hazard was so great at his best cause he mastered the art of ball protection, retention and dribbling. Combine that with his spatial awareness, vision, passing interplay, balance, core strength, agility and explosive acceleration, it made him so devastating in his prime. Probably a top 10 dribbler in pro football history.

      Fr bro. Protecting the ball is easy but he does it on the move, with 2-3 players on him. The amount of close control while maintaining protection on the ball is insane and still able to manipulate the ball is crazy. And to do all that at full speed down the wing

      @@thatkidibrah9132 It is not only a matter of style. I watched Figo play and followed his career closely. He rarely lost a ball. He always suffering fouls but no one could take the ball from him. It was unbelievable. That was one of the remarkable things about him. The other one was that he never got injured in his entire career except for one time when he was already in Inter past his prime. Unfortunately, Hazard has been injured several times and that reflects in his performance as a player as he is not as good as he used to be in Chelsea.

    • @DS-dw3pz
      @DS-dw3pz Před 2 lety +4

      Dude what you mean limit lol? Even Messi doesn't do all those flashy moves... He doesn't need step overs because he could dribble past 4 5 players at ease when he was in his prime and his style was like Messi... You don't need all those flashy moves to prove yourself lol and also it's not as effective in dribbling past a lot of players at once

    • @nostalgicbliss5547
      @nostalgicbliss5547 Před rokem

      He can do anything on the ball. It simply wasn't necessary for his style. In his prime he was one of the most effective and efficient dribblers ever. It's much more difficult to dribble past multiple players regularly than to do a flashy trick that will not come off or even beat one defender most times. Only player that really played that way and was very effective with end product too was Ronaldinho in his prime.
