It's like a 5 pound rifle, he couldn't do half the things if it was regulation
This was at a regular Drill Meet, with a regular 9lb rifle that was checked by the judges. Just because you can't do those movements with a regulation rifle does not mean other people can't.
You wish that was a Parade Rifle. If it was, which it clearly isn't he would have thrown it much faster and higher. I have no doubt about it.
