This video was released in Dec 2004. The dying man in the hospital is depicting former D12 member Bugz, who was shot and killed in 1999. He is played in this video by Proof, who was also shot and killed in Apr 2006.
its actually crazy how haunting that is. that less than 2 years later the guy acting someone who already died via assassination, would also be assassinated. tragic.
@@donegal7 Eminem in an auto biography commented that he wondered if he had unintentionally caused bad luck to Proof by having him play Bugz.
That sucks.

Em cool n all but he ain’t save your life bro god did.
can’t believe he was able to word his situation in the most articulate and professional way - giving his honest perspective , breaking down whats happened and to arrange it sonically. Unreal. The best ever.
A few years ago one of my mates killed himself. This was one of his favourite songs.
This is the first time I've listened to this song in about four years.
RIP mate ♥️
Sorry about that bro .
I hope you're doing well in life man, never forget the good memories of the ones we've lost, all the love to you and his family
why did he suicide? couldnt anyone help?
@Insane player he had been talking to me a lot about the problems he was going through, I knew something was up but didn't know what so I pushed him to go to the doctors. He went, and got diagnosed with Bipolar disorder, and was put on an 8 week waiting list for proper help. When he told me that I just thought "well I've done my bit" and never bothered to reach out to him again or check he was ok.
A few weeks later his step dad found hin dangling from a rope, he was stiff and grey.
And I have to live with the fact that if I had bothered to support him - like a mate should, his step dad wouldn't have had to try and give CPR to him despite his stiffness. I was 17 years old, and through sheer negligence I put my mate in the ground. I doubt I'll ever forgive myself for that
@@Edon445 I could have helped, and I should have, but I didn't appreciate how deep the need was. Now he's dead, and I'm still here. Like the punchline of a bad joke

Kai Wildey don’t know how oand you are but trust me, the older you get, other lyrics will hit harder.
Omg I read this as that part came on lol
Yeah why does he?
@CJCashMoneyIMVU no, you are spot on. By his actions and concentrating on hayley having a good life, he never concentrated on his friends and thats why proof was in the bar that night. He has build a house of cards on the blood of others, like everyone that does, it will backfire on him. Thats not a theory, thats just nature. But yeah, illuminaty is kind of to make these artists look like victims... he made his decisions. He wasnt lead.
I remember being a little kid and my mom left music videos playing, this one had always touched my heart and made me cry every time, now that i can understand english, it hits even deeper.. and i still cry like the 7 yo me.
