It’s June 9 9:23 am. This sermon has felt like a chapter of my life come to the pulpit. I lost my husband a year and 9 months ago. We were married late in our lives. We went through most of Covid making a home for ourselves. We were only married for 2 1/2 years before the Lord called him home. I am still in great despair. Your sermons seem to reach out to me just when I need to hear a particular message. This one ,I can relate to totally. I have always loved the Lord,but I have not always put him first in my life. The loss and hopelessness I have been feeling comes in waves,as does Gods promise of an end to this pain and sorrow. The waiting is hard. I am 72 and life has been tough. My life had finally seemed to be getting to the good part when I met my husband. It was short lived. Thank you for this message today. I know I’m not alone in this situation. I have come to lean more heavily on the Lord as of late. Loss is a part of life and time moves forward regardless of how we feel. Please pray for me and all who are feeling lost right now.
You are a lucky woman. You had a wonderful man that loved you. Some are not that lucky. But I have been down the wrong roads looking for love on this earth and never felt the total of it. I have the love for my children and grandchildren but after your children grow, it's not the same for them. And it's not supposed to be. I know that they have their own lives. I want to go to heaven so that I can really feel loved fully by my Saviour. I will pray for you. It won't be long.

Some kids are grown and married now and 5 grandchildren that never got to meet their Grandad. I lost my job yesterday. Rejection on top of never ending grief. I feel so alone in such a low spot and seeing everyone else enjoying their lives. At this moment even Jesus feels silent. Thankyou for this message. I don't know when I will ever feel life without this blackness and purposeless but one day in eternity it will all be put right 😔

Thank you Jesus for this messenger, and for the message...I'm a 65 yr old lady, oldest of 4, raised by a widowed mother, lost my daddy in a vehicle accident in '69....mother kept our family in church, I chose to trust Jesus with my life, married in late 20's into instant motherhood, 2 yrs later gave birth to my only child..Watched the world/satan rob my husband and our family, of complete victory in Christianity....the hope I have, is in Jesus Christ...He's at work....but, yes, I've experienced throughout life, true encouragement, and "canned" answers to life....this is a timely message, Dr Jeremiah...thank you.

Amen!!! About sarcasm. Wow, that was my sister who thinks she was them so supportive when I went through major Job-like continuance events. I found out during that time even my daughters who I lived for (God showed me that wasn’t right and He has aligned my priorities and I know I live for and with God), but even my daughters during my hard time -wrath, had left me because they were embarrassed and cared what in-laws and others would think…& they are Christian…I know God is working and He has taught me patience and graciously given me the fullness of joy. Thx for showing me why I don’t trust my sister yet I do keep loving her with God’s help and now loving boundaries. Praise God

One of my dear sweet friends lost her three sons, all three of her children in one day by an escaped convict who murdered them their grandfather and a cousin! I love to send her things I think will help her! She will always miss them and want to be with them but it is SO painful for her at times not having them! She and her husband and their whole family are very devout Christian’s who heavily lean on the Lord, I love her and want to help her! I am listening and hope I will be able to encourage her with this! Thank you!
Oh my Lord. What pain. I just spoke with a friend last night who told me of a woman whose 15 yr old was kicked in the chest during karate and died. My heart grieves for these dear women. I will add her to my prayer. I know that God knows who she is, but could I at least have her initials only?
I've been going thru this far too long. Most humans sadly are clueless, careless and unkind. Thank you Ps David for this message. I have had "friends" who have been so mean and "religious" (I dare say no born again experience yet, I pray for them and choose to forgive). I would also say consider Job's heart with his giving that perhaps allowed the legal right for satan to make the request in the 1st place which an Apostle in TX keenly shares and understanding also how the COH works and why the enemy accuses us day and night... just something to consider.
Praise the Lord for this life changing message that is so basic . But yet, so many times we tend to get comfortable in our walk or the lack there of. And just coast through life . Never growing in our walk with our Heavenly Father. And wonder why we keep making the same mistakes over and over. Thank you Dr Jeremiah for your diligence….
This is really good and isn’t that the truth. I can’t imagine how Job must have felt. But God took care of him in the end. I pray that my friends would be compassion towards me if some tragic took place in my life. We need to have the heart of Jesus Christ and have compassion for our family and friends. I pray that will always be compassionate to everyone. The Bible says it’s easy to love those that we love but what about those we don’t know. Dr. Jeremiah, I love your sermons. Always have since I began listening as a teenager. But I do have to correct you in one thing. Egg whites do have flavor, fyi. Home grown, that is. They have a slightly salty, lightly sweet taste. Growing up with home grown chicken, we often slurped raw eggs through a small hole in the shell. Exodus 5:1 And afterward Moses and Aaron went in, and told Pharaoh, Thus saith the LORD God of Israel, Let my people go, that they may hold a feast unto me in the wilderness. Luke 5:32 I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance. Just reading those words in Exodus 5:1 should be a testimony to what is written in Luke 5:32 since God wants all men to be saved it proves why His Son came to call sinners to repentance.
The story of Job is great, but he hadn’t sinned like his friends accused him of. Here’s what I want to know. What if a person many years ago sinned and now is going through horrible things that the person thinks it is because of a sin committed long ago that has been long forgiven? And others around this person may agree. What do you tell that person?
Show them what God says. God says in Heb 8:12, "I WILL REMEMBER THEIR SINS NO MORE". Our Lord is so awesome that he will not remember the sin that he forgave you for😊. All of us may suffer consequences for certain acts like going to jail for breaking the law, etc. But when God forgives he forgets.
Please Help me I Believe Jesus Is The Son of God and God The Son of The Holy Trinity I Believe Jesus Shed His Blood and Died in my place to Pay for All my Sins He was Buried Then 3 Days Later Jesus Arose From The Dead!!!
