whats the difference to pressing the traction control button for 10 seconds while still? i just got an 07 is250 it lights up the two dash lights vsc and skidable
Some models work just by holding it for 10 seconds but my car didn’t. With mine it would show that traction is off but as soon as you start slipping it turns back on automatically. With the method I showed it stays off permanently until you decide to turn it back on
Yea but the traction will automatically turn back on itself if your sliding too much, for the 06-08 models you have to use the method showed in this video to completely keep it off but in the later year models I’m pretty sure if you just hold down the button for like 5 seconds it will turn it off completely

@@kymron there is a SCID BUTTON press it once to have the skid light hold it while parked till the other light, light's up.

You just hold the button for 5 seconds when completely stopped and it’ll turn off, touch the button to turn it back off
