What if all its customers want to withdraw their money at one time? I explain the economics behind how banks earn money and also explain some important concepts such as Cash Reserve Ratio (CRR), Statutory Liquid Ratio (SLR), Bank Run, Non Performing Assets (NPA), etc. in this video.

I would like to know the business model of e-commerce websites like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
Go to a channel named "pranjal kamra"
They take a cut from the products sold. Suppose some one is selling a watch for 100rs , amazon will take 2-5 Rs from them .
as a commerce student, I never understand how banks works in India but this man explain in much easy way
I am in 10th and was confused in the economics topic
He explained it very well

I want to know the business model of online shopping apps like Amazon, Flipkart etc. Though they sell items at low cost, how they are earning billions of dollars (They also have to give salaries to their employments)
Edit--> You finally made. Thank you Dhruv bhaiya đđ
Yes
As a seller on these platforms, I can tell you on every individual deal these sites gets 12 to 25% of listing amount. That means, if there's a product whose price is 1000 rupees on Amazon., Then customer pay 1000, amazon keeps 140-170, then amazon charges Shipping say 100 rupees, and some more charges, so they get around 250-280, seller gets 750.
@@aayushsharma1581 thanks and who bear the loss of return..seller or Amazon or Both.
@@atulcareer let me give u an example, just recently a customer returned a product back which was a router, now after receiving it back, I found it was not working anymore, so there's a thing called Safe-T claim on Amazon, and SPF claim on flipkart, for the same product I got compensation of 161 rupees from Amazon and 546 from flipkart., So in case of amazon that was the loss I have to bear. They have some formula regarding what compensation to give but it would be seller loss in most cases coz they also charge shipping for reverse shipments

I think it is important to spread funds in channels that are poised to do well in recession. I'm currently finishing my 6th duplex and retired from the rat race at 35 and what funded all these were strategic investing in stocks and consistent trading crypto. I'm exceptionally well positioned for what's to come because my portfolio is solid enough to withstand and outperform irrespective of the market trends.
Way to go buddy! The only people who are going to make great impact in their investment portfolio are those who see the 2022 recession as the biggest opportunity to get rich.
Gregg plot your course bud, I am personally invested 80% in stocks, 20% in crypto and of course with the guidance of my investment coach Frost Hilda, this yields an annual return of $400k. Frost focus on leading stocks in top industry groups, and aim for stocks with strong institutional support. He plots good entry point and has greatly enhanced my earnings and portfolio performance over the years.
I guess the market doesn't look bad, Its me who just don't see the opportunity it's providing right nOw.
Follow my lead ma'am, using a coach with extensive knowledge of portfolio diversity and is considered an expert in the field on. I advise researching his credentials further for his business memos. he has many years of experience and is a valuable resource for anyone looking to navigate the financial markets.
Market action has been challenging so far since 2022, milking the market for massive gains is no easy feat.
I'm taking advantage of small price moves, it can be a lucrative game if played correctly.
You have changed some of my thinking and brought lots of knowledge. I would like to say pls do not stop this job ever. It indeed helps us

Recently in my class the economics lesson "money and credit" has been finished and we learnt that:
1) Bank keeps money of people as deposits and a rate of interest that increases withdrawed amount over time
2) The bank uses deposited money to give loans to people who "need" it (HA! I doubt that Vijay Malya ever needed that loan money)
3) The amount left after all of that economic gymnastics is what the bank earns.
4) The interest rate on loan is larger than interest rate on deposit.

I would like to know about how an entire country is categorized as rich or poor...sometimes I hear that gpd is an important category....but Luxembourg is said to be the richest although USA has the highest gdp..
It would be very helpful if you clear the entire concept of a country's financial state.
+1
Bro it is a term called gdp per capita which means how much money each person has. On the other hand gdp is the total money the government gets and if the population is high then tax taken will be high as well. But in India the gdp is high but gdp per capita is less thus every person has less money thus he can't be living in a good condition because he doesn't have much money. Like in Luxembourg each person has a good amount of money thus each person can have a good living hence gdp is the money government makes by different things mainly tax and gdp per capita is money each person has and if country has high amount of gdp per capita then the country is that's why India may be high in gdp due to population but still india is a very poor county.
Per capita income is a better Indicator to judge the individual wealth in an economy.....GDP is the measure of total goods and services produced within the country's boundary.....
There is something called GDP Per Capita
@@naysachaudharyaloo2186 GDP is not the total money the government gets. GDP total valuation of all the goods and services produced in the country

Dhruv, you missed a point about how most of the banks in developed countries works, which is different from our traditional banking model. They maintain CRR and liquidity ratio from deposit and invest the remaining in different kinds of assets and markets. They donot gives loan from this money. The loans they lends are actually, newly generated money in the market. This is called credit creation and the fun part is this increase GDP.đ
