It's just a matter of being used to the pattern. I think the only hard one was when Pandora is flying and Prometehus attacks you with his scythe. Other than that, I didn't die much on them in Advent. I remember dying a lot in ZX though.

Not only do they take turns attacking you, but they share the same health bar (which is rather long since it represents two people). Additionally, Prometheus uses some fire-based attacks like Mr. Shine does, and I guess Pandora could be compared to Mr. Bright for that matter.
They do, once you bring them down to about half health. But in both of their joint attacks, you only really need to worry about one villain at a time if you deal with them in the proper order. Prometheus is the only one to worry about; once he's offscreen, jump over Pandora's last sweep, regardless of whether she rams you with her broom-staff or her helmet drones.
What you need to do to escape that one attack where Pandora rams you while Prometheus slices is to shoot Prometheus before he attacks, this delays him because he blocks, then use model H to jump other Pandora when she sweeps down and you'll go over Prometheus's slice as well.
I didn't find this battle hard... but it was hella fun! if there was only one boss battle in this game this should be it! not to mention this music is face meltingly good!
Prometheus and Pandora deserved a better sendoff in this game. They were too mysterious to just simply kill off at the last second. Maybe when the stars align and Capcom makes another ZX game perhaps they can have them go through an amnesia arc and be the main characters. Perhaps stripping them of their old powers in favor of a new biometal?
This song is great. I have a habit of listening to strings of song and making a short story in my head to go with them. I always listen to the ZX version of this, then Trinity, then this, as if its a lost battle, regained strength, then a way more intense fight. I usually end with Cannon Ball or Soul Ablaze. I start with Green Grass Gradation or Crisis Zone. I love it. These games are really good for that. It's nice cause I write a lot, and this helps me break writer's block! :D Thanks Frygoon!
I feel like the newly released Collection variant fits Prometheus better. Trap Factory fits Pandora better, and this one's like the perfect blend of the two.

And shooting Prometheus to pause his dash and jump between him and Pandora... I don't know how anybody could have figured that out first try.

This is the highlight of the ZX series. Great level, characters, scene, boss, and especially music.
