I did exactly the same but still not able to access internet
Even after following the steps, I'm unable to connect with internet. Though the mobile network symbol & Bluetooth symbol is visible. But internet doesn't work

why do we need wifi dongle separately if we are using internet over bluetooth?
Bcz eventually wifi hotspot is not connected
Bro why it is not connecting to internet ? How did made connect via bluetooth and in your video it is cutted part that firstly it was connected to bluetooth media and then you cut that another part and dieectly shown bluetooth symbol turn white and connected to Internet via bluetooth

This is the issue with digipad. It is laggy
Please reduce the quality of the video from 720 or what so ever to 144p . Than it will play smoothly
