    I hope Nigeria works. This bill should have been sponsored by the office of the ONSA. Food security should be a priority and is a national security issue. Famine looms, the Nigerian govt should put this on red alert with a 3 month deadline for full implementation.

    I'm a farmer & yes we pay for our security at all levels & consumers bear the cost. It also reflects in food scarcity & inflation

    You’re forgetting the “freedom of movement and properties” law includes a clause that exempts that freedom of movement of properties, when it threatens the lives of the citizens.
