How to keep kids entertained while babysitting? My favorite top five activities to do while babysitting kids are baking and swimming. I do suggest that you take some water safety classes just to be on the safe side. Other activities are arts and crafts, movie nights and board games.
Some other activities while babysitting that I enjoy are hide and seek, card games and lots of educational games.
